Dr. Randall W Madison, MD

Went there in 2018. Thyroid levels were off. Rather than ordering a thyroid panel, he said everything was probably fine and that TSH fluctuates. The next year I went to a different physician and she ordered a thyroid panel. When the level came back high again, she referred me to an ENT and endocrinologist. They ran tests and diagnosed me with a thyroid condition, gave me treatment, and I am feeling a lot better.

Avoid Randall Madison like the plague. I came in with a highly infectious skin disorder to be laughed at by Randall Madison. He wouldn't tell me the name of the condition but he said he would write it down on a piece of paper for me to research on google. What Doctor tells you to google a health concern? What Doctor laughs at your concerns? So heed my warning. If you want to be diagnosed via piece of paper with illegible doctor hand writing and then be told to google it then go see Randall Madison.

He made strange, uncomfortable comments speculating about my ethnicity (not relevant at all to my visit). I told him I was concerned about being underweight for my height and my lack of appetite and he told me that others wish they weighed as little as I do and not to worry about it.

Dr. Madison has been my doctor for nearly 20 years and I have nothing but praise for him. He takes time to really listen and he is very thorough in his evaluation and explanation. I trust Dr. Madison with all my heart and frequently boast about him to family and friends. I would heartily recommend him.

Dr. Madison has been my Dr. for over 25 years. He is the best of the best. A great Dr. and a good man. Thank you Dr. Madison.

Dr Madison is attentive and caring doctor. He listens well and provides feedback regarding any items that I bring in for discussion with him. He has provided prescriptions and advice to assist with when needed. He has also provided referrals to other doctors or care providers to further evaluate concerns raised during our appointments.
