Office was fantastic to deal with prior to appointment and continued the prompt and helpful attitude in the office. Dr. Real was thorough -innovative- and provided a great explanation of where I was medically and plan for future assessment and treatment if necessary. Very satisfied and would recommend him without reservation.

At first I thought I'd found the dr. that could help me get to the bottom of something. I had an MRI and can't get a6yone to call me back with the results. Literally.

I don't mind waiting for him this long, My family has a long history with him and am always proud to have a doctor like him!!!

While overall my visit was pretty good, I would not want to go back to him because of one thing I experienced when I was there. The staff was courteous, I got in without an excessive delay, the doctor was nice in talking with me, although maybe a little faster than I like. I then had a hearing test and got to talk to the doctor afterwards, too, but, after that test, I was sitting with another patient in the hallway near the hearing test booth (not the outside lobby). When the doctor came out, he first started talking to the other paitent about what looked like an infection, the need for antibiotics (to which the patient responded about how many times she'd taken them already), and another comment by the doctor about the potential need for an MRI (I think it may have been her x-ray up there he was looking at, too - about 10 feet away from me) - all this information exchange between another patient and the doctor with me sitting right there. Personally, I like a bit more privacy for… such matters.

Dr Real was on top of my thyroid problem from the very first visit! I live over an hour from his office but it was worth the drive for the treatment I received. He involved me completely through every step of the way and took the time to make sure I understood the answers to any questions I had. His staff is friendly and eager to assist with appointments or questions and his office is clean and welcoming. I will continue to refer friends and family to him.
