Dr. Randall Paul Riche, MD

I have seen many endo's but I will never return for to this office. Dr RIche is rude, not compassionate and does not listen. He talks down to his patient and does not want to answer questions or provide any other treatment options other than what he feels is the only way.

The doctor is nice and knowledgeable but the fragrance plug ins in his tiny waiting room and right behind the counter made me ill. I do not recommend this doctor if you have allergies or asthma. I was sick for 2 weeks after my appointment. I let the office know this was an issue and they did nothing so I’m transferring to a different doctor.

0 stars. First off, they called us to reschedule an appointment earlier since they’ve had no patients due to COVID-19. So we agree and show up the next day at 11:15am. Actually we got there early around 11:00am. There was no one in the office but maybe one other patient after me. The doctor did not come into the room until 2:00pm! What a complete lack of respect for people’s time and money. If I hadn’t already paid my copay we would have walked out. Then on top of that he was extremely rude and degrading. What kind of medical professional are you? I’ll be filing complaints that’s for sure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS DOCTOR. If your PCP refers you to him, ask for a different referral to a doctor who is actually in the medical profession because he cares about helping his patients.

Dr. Riche is an absolute genius. I feel better than I have for a long time and I give him credit for making this happen. He changed 2 of my meds, after looking at all my testing, and really studying them! He is super busy so at first I thought he was not as friendly as he really is, so don't be put off by that. Doing his best for you is his goal!

I'm in the medical field myself and Dr Riche is truly very professional and abosolutely smart. He explained to me like no other how the liver plays a major role in diabetes..He made me understand the production of the liver and diabetes in how and why your sugar is high in the morning. Got my A1C down alot.

I was seeing Dr. Riche for about 2 years for hypothyroidism. I started noticing he was getting short with my appointments and not telling me what was actually going on. My last straw was when my blood pressure was up and I've gained weight since the last appointment. I brought up my concerns to him and he didn't address anything! On top of having to wait a hour just to see him and traveling a hour for him to be rude was not what I pay him for. I am no longer his patient.

Dr. Riche has helped me manage diabetes with insulin pump therapy since the early 90's. He is extremely smart, very knowledgeable & always up-to-date on the latest diabetes treatments. He conducts himself in a professional manner, & takes the time to answer questions & provide explanations. His patient load is heavy, so expect appointment time delays, but it is worth the wait. He is the only doctor I trust to help me manage my diabetes

I can say he isn't the most social-friendly, but he's definitely not rude. He tells you the facts in detail and explains everything well. I would recommend him to anyone.

This doctor is fantastic for controlling diabetes. My mother had been dealing with uncontrollable A1C numbers for years until seeing Dr. Riche. Unfortunately, he is completely out of touch with his staff. From the person who answers the phone, schedules the appointments and takes messages to the lady doing the check out; a miserable experience which ultimately ended in seeking a new physician for mom. I hand delivered him a letter, addressing the unprofessional attitude and complete lack of concern for their patients (I even witnessed the front desk person being rude with another patient over a mistake made by the staff.) At one point, they made a mistake in scheduling (thank goodness I kept our apt letter)...we showed up for the appointment which they had either rescheduled or cancelled, and then tried to charge us a no show fee. The front desk person argued with me over the mistake, eventually telling us they would let us see the doctor but it would be up to the office manager to not… charge us the fee. Oh well, thank you for allowing us to see the doctor (my mother is 73 years old and wheelchair bound, dr trips are a lot of fun), and potentially not charging us for your mistake! And any question you ask, including those about prescriptions, results in sighs and mumbling, as though it is just too much of an imposition. Terrible office. The more I think about it the more upset I get! I would give less than 1 star for the treatment of my mother by his staff if I could.
