Dr. Randall Wallace Rodgers, DO

Best Doctor and staff. I’m a newer patient and they have always treated me with compassion and respect. Dr. Rodgers always listens and explains things clearly. I’m so great full for Care First and Dr. Rodgers. I can’t understand how anybody could give them a negative review.

I had been using Dr. Rogers for several Years for pain managment due to an accident at work and for years he gave me excellant treatment. I was giving a urine sample for drug screening because the state guide lines for using ilegal drugs is strict. Although I don't use drugs for recreational purposes , they claimed there was heroin in my drug test. I personally would not know heroin If I tripped on it. My Family Dr. talked to Dr. Rogers and some how they got things straightened out. I started seeing Dr. rogers again and for a year things went well. then Exactly one year from the time I had started seeing him again they did another urine drug screen and claimed I had marijuana in my system which was also bogus. So i was dismissed as his patient again. The last appointment I made to see the dr. was to talk to him and try to get things straightened out. When I got to my appointment I never got the chance to talk to Dr. Rogers. Some flunky working in the office talked to me and told me he… would look into the Problem. I never heard any more about it. The problem is , when your depending on worker comp to cover your medical bills and a doctor dismisses you in this manner and reasons that he dismissed me , then no other doctor will take you as a patient. I try to not be paranoid as a general rule but it would not surprise me if the doctors or someone working in their offices is being paid by the workers comp Ins. company to create false readings on the drug testing so that you could not see a doctor for the necessary treatments and the ins. co. would not have to pay anymore claims. If anyone reads this and has the same problems then do what I should have done. go somewhere and have your hair tested for drugs. that will be proof that the drug test you failed at the drs. office was wrong.

I never got past the staff, a guy there in Longview tried to say I was pharmacy shopping because he checked with several pharmacy's without my consent to see if I had ever used them to get narcotic's OMG what a jerk, some of them where a couple of year's prior I walked out feeling terrible (LIke a drug addict, and not someone with chronic pain as I have!) I never went back when they tried to get me too b/c I complained about him, I refused to go through that again, and found another dr. that has worked out just fine!!! Don't be treated like this ~~~

Very short with me. Wanted seveal diferent x-rays even though I had reports from MRI, 2 CT, bone density tests. I felt like it was a greedy, unprofessional place and he does not listen to you. Also, he doesn't keep his word. Money and time wasted for me.-

I was very happy with the services I received. Dr. Rogers and the staff in CareFirst are great. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Staff was very freindly. Office was comfortable. Dr. Rodgers gave extra time to my pain needs unlike other doctors I have been too.

I have been seeing him for two visits and both times I had to wait and the waiting room was not crowded at all. His staff was cutting up, talking about some party and one was playing on facebook. When I finally got to see the Dr. he acted like he could care less about me as a patient and all he wanted to do is hurry up and leave to get to his golf game. Sad he even prescribed me the wrong medication. I had to call his office, go back up there to get it straight. Not a very professional place and he misdiagnosed me the first time even after an MRI and Xray
