Dr. Randall Kent Sadler, MD

Find another doctor. He is dismissive, arrogant, and condescending. He treated me like a practice dummy. He untied my gown and touched and moved my body without asking for permission or even saying what he was doing during a Well Woman visit. I had to hold out my hand and tell him to ask permission and narrate what he was doing and he was a little better after that. His demeanor in the first 2 minutes alone was so upsetting that I considered stopping the appointment, walking out, and requesting to see another doctor another day. The only reason I didn't is because I had already paid for the visit. He also has a smirk when he tells responds to your comments and questions in a "you probably don't know this basic medical fact because you're not a doctor like me" way. Terrible bedside manner for someone whose job is to treat deeply intimate and vulnerable things. The staff are lovely. It is Sadler that is the issue.

Not recommended. Doesn't explain condition, very cursory exam and extremely rough. Complete disregard for how much pain and discomfort he was causing. Will not see him again.

The staff was friendly and treated me well but I felt like the doctor didn't care for what I had to say. I have PCOS and I've been put on birth control so many times that I lost count, he wasn't any different. He told me that to lose weight I have to not eat as much and told me that birth control was not the reason for my weight gain. The exam he did on me was so rough. I have never had a pap that rough in my life. He took no consideration to the fact that he was hurting me. This was my first and last time seeing him, I can assure you that. Don't go to him!

I am a nurse but I put all my trust in this doctor. I had been having heavy bleeding and irregular periods for some time before seeing him. I worked in the same building as him and thought it was very convenient to have him be my OB Gyn. I was not put off like some would be with his arrogant and cocky bed side manner like other would be because of my work experience. I had been having trouble getting pregnant, because of the irregularity of my periods and the need to adjust some of my medications each time we tried. It was very disappointing to have to explain each time I would see him my health history. He didn't appear to review my records before seeing me. Each time was like a new apportionment. . I went into his office explaining that I had every symptom that I was pregnant but my urine test were negative. I asked for an Ultra Sound because I had the same thing happen with my other two pregnancies, and I had two healthy boys to show for it. He cut me off saying that "If… the urine test was negative, it was negative." He decided to do a uterine biopsy hoping that would explain some of the symptoms. Needless to say, days later, I miscarried. Actually, I hate saying that it was a miscarriage it was an abortion. Even as I passed the complete "busted" sac I didn't want to believe what was happening. I was in complete denial. When I tried to follow up, like an idiot, with his office, one of his partners told me that I had passed a cyst. Not true, I still have the actual MRI results, I can't bare to part with the actual film. It took me a few months to work up the nerve to see another doctor. After a few months, and multiple procedures we were pregnant again and had our baby. I had to find a doctor that listened, cared for their patient, fetus and license. No more fainting from severe anemia, no more just feeling bad and no more unanswered questions. Based on my personal experience, I would never refer a soul to him.

I have met no doctor with less compassion than this man. I was very ill during my pregnancy and lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks. I needed to see a specialist, but he refused to refer me. In the meantime, he prescribed a drug known to cause harm to developing fetuses, questioned how much I loved my husband and future baby, and sent me to a psychiatrist. When he finally decided I was ill enough to require hospitalization, he admitted he had no treatment plan and would have to “experiment” on me. I had to continue seeing him after I lost the pregnancy and almost died, but my insurance made me follow up with him. Given a likely recurrence of my condition in any future pregnancy, I’d decided not to have children. He refused to treat me for bleeding issues because “It’s not like it matters anyway since you’re not going to have kids.” I would not send my worst enemy to him.

He technically didnt do anything wrong, but was really fast and blunt. This was my first physical exam and he went so fast I didnt really know what he was doing. The quick exam made it not awkward but he never explained anything or said "okay now I'm going to do this" he just went ahead and did it. For me, this was stressful, but if you're used to the exam he does a good job. Hes not good at answering questions, and I didnt have the chance to ask any of mine before he was already out the door. The reception and nurses are wonderful though.

He left me bleeding internally for two and a half hours after surgery. He would not listen to me when I would tell him something was wrong. He even put his hands over my eyes roughly and covered them saying for me to get over my hissy fit. I almost lost my life that day, stay away!

He started the exam before the nurse came in. The way he handled the exam was very inappropriate. He was dismissive of a medical condition I am dealing with. His approach is very aggressive and bullish. I still am very disturbed with this visit.

If youâ??re reading this, I suspect you are searching for solutions to your chronic endometriosis, very heavy periods or even continual bleeding; I suffered practically my entire life with anemia and lethargy due to these issues. What you need is a skilled and gifted surgeon to give you answers and options - Dr. Kent Sadler is that person. He was able to diagnosis my uterine cancer before the tests confirmed it. After the surgery, I had minimal pain, a very rapid recovery, and after two years the physical scars are all but gone. The surgery was gratefully successful and Iâ??m cancer free. Yes it is important that a gynecologist should have a sensitive and caring manner but if heâ??s not always warm and cuddly, he is still a very proficient knowledgeable surgeon and thatâ??s much more important to my life.

HIs staff is wonderful! But if you are a concerned mother going in with your daughter you need to run as fast as you can the other direction. I asked "how concerned we needed to be about my daughter's pregnancy?" NEVER having met this man before I was quickly & rudely d told I was" a worry wart just looking for something to worry about." Turns out I was right. She was miscarrying. I had 5 miscarriages. I know what the signs are. I can't even give 1 star for bedside manner because that day he left his manners somewhere else. Too bad I have to even give him a one star rating.
