Randall R Sitz

Center Director Randy Sitz, PA-C serves as the primary clinician and co-owner of Low Testosterone & Wellness Center, bringing over 30 years of medical experience dedicated to helping men and women achieve optimal wellness and longevity. His medical journey began in 1986 as a U.S. Army medic in Special Operations with the 1st Ranger Battalion in Savannah, Georgia. During his service, he earned his Physician Assistant degree and certification from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, later completing a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Randy further expanded his expertise through a fellowship in emergency medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, in 2001. He went on to complete four deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, gaining invaluable medical experience in high-intensity environments. After retiring from active duty in 2012, Randy transitioned into civilian practice, initially …working in emergency medicine before founding Low Testosterone & Wellness Center, where he discovered his true calling in preventive and restorative health.

At Low Testosterone & Wellness Center, Randy is deeply committed to helping patients uncover the root causes of disease and restore balance through individualized care. His patients trust him to address sensitive health concerns with compassion and professionalism. The services he provides include:
