Dr. Randall Wayne Stettler

I give this place two stars, not for the quality of the work but for it's staff. I had my wisdom teeth done here and Dr. Stettler was more than helpful. If anything, I'd say he was the only pleasant person I've met in the building. The front desk staff make it difficult to do business. I've called a month ago about a refund check they were supposed to send out to me and they gave me their word that they would the beginning of this year, however, that check never came. I called a few weeks later for a follow up and it seemed like they put it in the back and forgot about it. They confirmed they had it and said it would be available first thing in the morning. I drove 30 minutes from where I live to pick it up the next morning only for them to tell me the person who had it isn't in. Again, they gave me their word that it would be in that day and they'd give me a call to let me know that they would send it out that day. I called again the next morning to follow up and AGAIN the person who… is handling the refunds isn't in. I've been patient and did not talk back, but they were rude and rather impatient when they talked to me. I have given up trying to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. I hope Dr. Stettler reconsiders who he'd like to represent him and his business. The front desk staff make this a very unprofessional environment without regard for decent customer service.
