Every diagnosis he gave was completely wrong, a fact that was confirmed by his own colleagues and my PCP who seemed as mystified as I was about his conclusions and didn't understand why he was so resistant to referring me to a specialist when that was obviously the correct thing to do. He didn't listen to me at all while I was telling him what my PCP said about my issue and as a result he diagnosed a condition I simply do not have, later confirmed by imaging and other diagnostic testing ordered by the specialist he didn't want to refer me to (I had to insist multiple times), and his manner was incredibly off-putting. Every patient who has an issue that is not absolutely trivial to diagnose should seek another doctor if at all possible.

I want to thank Dr. Randall Ungar for taking such good care of me at the Mill Creek Walk-in clinic while I suffered from Covid and a horrible migraine. Thank you so much. I'm going to see if he can be my primary care provider I'm so pleased or hopefully he can refer one that fits my needs if not.
