Dr. Randall Mark Wilk

I DO NOT recommend visiting this office due to lack of COVID-19 compliance. I’ve been to Dr. Wilk’s office before and I’ve had a pleasant experience, but this time the experience was not the same. As most people know, The United States is dealing with a major COVID-19 crisis. During this time most Americans, especially doctors, should be following CDC guidelines. When I stepped into Dr. Wilk’s office, his receptionist was not wearing her mask while talking to her coworkers who were not 6 feet apart. They also didn’t check my temperature or any other patient’s temperatures. When Dr. Wilk came into the room to see me, his mask was down and his mouth and nose were exposed. I politely asked him to pull up his mask because it made me uncomfortable due to the seriousness of COVID-19. He proceeds to tell me in a condescending manner that the technician who was in the room had COVID-19 before and her antibodies could save my life. He also said there was a vaccine so I shouldn’t be concerned.… Eventually he did pull up his mask, but not before making a concerned patient feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming voicing concerns. After the awkward and rude visit, I walked to the front office and it was filled to near capacity. The waiting area is entirely too small to be fully occupied while trying to maintain COVID-19 compliance. All in all, I would NOT recommend visiting Dr. Wilk’s office during these unprecedented times. It is not safe and it seems as if he doesn’t care about it being safe.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE....THE MALE RECEPTIONIST IS ONE OF THE RUDEST INDIVIDUALS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A HEALTHCARE OFFICE. THE OFFICE WAS FILTHY AND THE QUOTED US A ASTROMICAL FEE FOR REMOVING MY CHILDS 3RD MOLARS. I CANCELLED HER APPT AND LESS THAN A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED A 95.00 "NEW PATIENT ESTABISHMENT FEE"

Dr. Wilk is a five star oral surgeon. He is straight to the point, caring with his actions, and accurate with his procedures. I know because I recently had Dr. Wilk operate on my mouth and he removed all of my cancer and I do not need any kemo or radiation treatments. Thank God for good surgeons like Dr. Wilk. He operates from Ochsner Westbank and that was a wonderful place also.

Great doctor, no wait, very professional and very intelligent doctor. Thank you Dr. Wilk and I recommend you highly.

The staff was very caring and professinal.Both times that I visited the office there was no wait.
