Dr. Randall Scott Williams, MD

I have been going to Dr. Williams for over 30 years. He was also my mother’s doctor and took excellent care of her in her final years. I have always found him to be personable, kind and caring. I have never felt rushed during an appointment. I would highly recommend him!

He seems to bring politics in while I’m getting a Pap smear. I will not return to his office.

My sister went to dr Williams for two years. She started having trouble breathing. He treated her for allergies, as the months went by she got worse ,was put on oxygen. After she started to retain water she was giving medication to help. She never went to an appointment alone and questions were always asked. Her last visit when she could hardly walk or catch her breath. She was told everything was ok but she needed to move around more. Three days later she was rushed to emergency. Four liters of fluid drained from her lung, thirty pounds from her legs. She is fine now.

Dr. Williams treated my mother and has treated me for 26 years. I am very pleased with the relationship that has been established over time. I feel like I am heard and he is willing to find out what's going on!

I've enjoyed having Dr Williams as my personal Dr. Really looked deep into my issues and understands what's going on. I'm very happy with his service and Mangrove medical's service.

I went to see this doctor when I was new to town and didn't yet know where the good practices are. First thing, the office is packed to the gills with people, mostly elderly folks, and the wait is excruciatingly long. I never saw Williams in under an hour's wait. And when I did get to see him, I was not impressed at all. In fact, he missed something really obvious when going over the results of a CT scan. The last straw for me was when he answered his cell phone (seriously, he answered a personal call!) in the examination room. That was it for me. Peace out, dude. The M.O. was to get people in and out as fast as possible to make as much money as possible. That was my impression anyway. Also, I have decent insurance: Blue Shield. Needless to say, I moved to another practice. Best decision ever. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dr Williams has been my dr since I was 12 years old and he was a new doctor. It is very easy to make an appointment, and I don't usually have to wait too long. I do agree he looks at his computer instead of the patient, but i always bring a list of my ailments and concerns, and he makes sure all items get addressed. Overall I am very satisfied with Dr Williams!

Moved and needed a new Dr. Staff very courteous. Waiting time short. Dr very interested in past history and ordered appropriate test and scheduled me to see the specialist I need.

If you want a doctor that is thorough, caring and really listens, Dr. Williams should be your choice. His practice is very efficient and he keeps extensive notes so you don't have to repeat yourself. I highly recommend him!
