Dr. Randall John Yetman, MD

I just recommend Dr. Yetman to yet another friend of mine and it prompted me to write this review. It was a few years back, but I had a mole I wanted removed. The mole was right on the cupid's bow of my upper lip, half on the lip and half on my skin above my lip too. I'd visited several highly recommended plastic surgeons in NYC. All had told me they couldn't remove it without scarring me and possibly deforming that part of my lip. I went to Dr. Yetman and he said "You want it off? I trusted him and he did it. My lip is flawless: perfectly shaped and the scar is essentially invisible. It's made a real difference in my appearance and happiness. I couldn't be more pleased or grateful. I took my goddaughter to him a few years later to fix lumps and swelling in her earlobes after her ears were pierced. Another kindly and perfect job. Dr. Yetman is not effusive, but he is kind, gentle, patient and most importantly, a gifted surgeon.

If you want fluff and hugs don’t see Dr Yetman but if you want results and and a Dr who knows exactly what they are doing go with Dr Yetman. I first met with the doc in 99 when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer but I chose a lumpectomy instead of a mastectomy because my youngest child was days away from a bone marrow transplant. Fast forward to 2004 when my cancer returned and my only option was a mastectomy I once again met with Dr Yetman and he explained in great detail my options I chose the team reconstruction. What you need to understand is that not all doctors can perform this surgery not only did he complete this surgery but I will tell you to this day nobody knows I’ve had reconstruction but I’ve had other doctors stunned when they realize I’ve had reconstruction. Thank you Dr Yetman all of these years later.

Rude and disrespectful during consultation regarding surgery for breast reconstruction following breast cancer

I love Dr.Yetman he and his staff answered all my question and I has alot.He is super nice.

I had breast reconstruction after mastectomy and it looks disgusting. Before surgery Dr. Yetman did not tell me about different kinds of implants and in my case used the worst. It has already been few years after the surgery but the scar still looks like it was done by a seamstress apprentice and not by a plastic surgeon. Because his assistant forgot to tell him that I was in the room, I spent 50 minutes waiting until I told somebody in the office that I was waiting to see him. He spent not more that 5 min. with me.

I had surgery with Dr Yetman in December, and have been very happy with the results. He had to clean up a mess that my previous surgeon had made. I an a 2 time breast cancer suvivor, the prior reconstructions made me look like something that Picasso had created! Dr Yetman and his staff have been super professional and have answered my every question/need quickly. I would recommend him to anyone who need a GREAT surgeon!

I had a tummy tuck that was done horribly and my breast Aug was the same. I went to two Drs after and either one could not figure out why he butchard me the way he did. I have to get both redone :(

I just had a bilateral breast reduction performed by Dr. Yetman. I'm about two weeks along and just had my post-op visit today. The surgery went wonderfully, Dr. Yetman was attentive and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He is a very caring and compassionate surgeon/physician and I recommend him to ANYONE considering a plastic surgery he performs. EXCELLENT bedside manner. VERY knowledgeable and ACTUALLY LISTENS. He doesn't let his title get the best of him which is very admirable. I will continue to see him whenever I need a plastic procedure done. He's a FIVE STAR physician! :)
