Dr. Randi Ann Rodrigues, DO

I started seeing Dr. Rodrigues 4 years ago, she had great ratings and was close to home. She has a great personality but the more I saw her and the sicker I got the more I knew I needed to see another Dr. I had bad feelings and planned on transferring but looking for a new Dr. was something that I wasn't excited about. The last straw was my last appt. I went in for a sick visit. I literally waited an hour to be seen and when Dr. Rodrigues finally came in, she spent 2 mins with me, rushed me to the front desk and told me that I needed to schedule a 30 min visit instead of the 15 min visit that HER scheduler scheduled me for who KNEW exactly what I was coming in for and said that she talked to Dr. Rodrigues before she scheduled it. So after being escorted to the checkout desk and her refusing to treat me for what I came in for, she told her receptionist to schedule me for a 30 min follow up appt. Her next available appt. was 2 months later, so I said to the receptionist what am I… supposed to do for 2 months....she proceeds to tell me that they only treat one sickness per visit and I could go around the corner to the other Dr. in the building and see it they take walkins. Seriously, where do they do that at....I've never be so upset and appalled in my life and then they had the nerve to send me a $200.00 bill for literally being in her presence for 2 mins and no medical help. I left and it just didn't sit right with me so I called the complaint line twice and no one at Advent Health ever called me back. I also ended up in Urgent Care the following week. If you are looking for a real and thorough Dr. that cares about their patients and their patients health this Dr. is not for you. This Dr. nor Advent Health adhere to their Mission Statement. I finally found a good Dr. outside of Advent Health that has restored my faith in the medical system. With him I am a name and not a 2 min timeslot and he has gotten to the root of my medical issues and has me on the path to recovery.

This doctor acts like she is powerless to prescribe medications that a patient might need. She wants to let the specialists handle everything except maybe a common cold. I will never go back to her. My time was wasted in her office. And, she argued with me when she said something incorrect about my family history and I corrected her. Unbelievable! This doctor is totally useless. She couldn't even find my specialists online, and I had to tell her where their offices were so she could write referrals for me that I didn't need. I can make the appointments that I need without anything from her. Don't waste your time or money on this one!

First..a dr is only as good as their staff. The front office of Dr RandiAnn Rodriquez is unorganized, and rude. They lost a few things in my files and my daughters files. Dr Rodriquez is good herself but overbooked and NEVER on time. My life is to busy to deal with staffers who can't do their job and a dr who has no time. Also my daughter is overweight and they spoke poorly to her so bad one day that she ended up having a huge anxiety attack!! Do yourself a favor and pass this office by!!

Great Doctor, but staff in the office will not return you call even after leaving a message on the answering machine.

Dr. Randi-Ann Rodrigues truly listens to and cares about her patients well-being and overall life.

Dr. Rodrigues is a wonderful Doctor. Great bed side manner. She listened to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. She very well cares about her patients. As Far as her Staff I've never had a problem with the staff. They have always exceeded my needs and are very kind. Dr. Velez is also amazing. Thank you guys for taking care of me. It is greatly appreciated! Remember Doctors are people too they work very hard to help us. God Bless!

Excellent doctor! Horrible office staff. The visit to the doctor was much better when she had her own practice. Now that she has joined a group, the office staff is horrendous!

I have seen a lot of doctors in my life and I have to say Dr. Rodrigues and her staff are, by far, the best I have ever dealt with.
