Randolph Gamez, MD

Dr. Gamez has always been helped me with whatever I needed. I was with out insurance and he would always tell me of alternatives that I could use for blood work or any other meds I would need. Always asked me if I had questions of what he explained.

The most memorable visit was when I scheduled my heart bypass surgery. My doctor who knew me for ten years previous, suggested that I needed a steroid shot to get over an infection and that it would help me with my surgery. Sure enough, I got over my infection and had a quad by-pass a few weeks later without anything bothering me after the surgery. I have been with Doctor R. Gamez since the 1970's. He has always taken time with me to answer and explain all my questions. And I always have lots of questions for him. His staff has known that they are there to help patients. They always are courteous and attentive when they take care of me. One thing about the waiting room is that many people walk in without appointments. I have arrived at times without an appointment or late for one and I have sat there for three to five hours to see a doctor. Maybe this is something complaining people need to understand.
