Dr. Randolph Scott Moore, DDS

I requested a fee schedule prior to the appointment. They didn't inform me of fees until I was actually in the dentist chair. I left disgusted.

I came to Dr. Moore with a big problem involving 3 teeth that could not be salvaged along with infection and damage to the bone below the teeth. My former dentist office (whom I had gone to for many years) either did not want to take on my problem or didn’t know how to, but they did not even bother to return my calls to talk to me about my situation. Very disappointing. But it turned out to be a good thing for me, because Dr. Moore knew exactly what to do and has been nothing but great during this whole process. He and his staff are all top notch in everything they do, very proficient and professional and at the same time, all so nice and friendly. I am well pleased with them and highly recommend their services.

I scheduled an appointment concerning specialized treatment for TMJ, in which Dr. Moore claims to be an expert.  Needless to say, it was an extreme disappointment.  He wanted $1,800 to run tests on my jaw muscles and to mold a mouthpiece for me to wear 24/7.  Obviously, the money I would be spending is 100% real, but there is no guarantee the treatment will work.  He and his office manager went as far as to say thatbraces and/or crowns could be used as possible treatment in order to help my jaw.  Is everyone a lunatic? I have perfectly normal, healthy teeth.  I knew this crap was going to happen.  I already have a mouthpiece, but his is magical and better.  Thanks but no thanks.  Dentistry has become such a "money grab".  Good luck convincing some idiot to shell out that sort of money.  I think I'm going to stick to using my current dentist who actually knows what he's talking about.

The team at the office was caring and warm. Dr. Moore was painless in his injection and the visit was complete very quickly. I will be back!

I spent a lot of $$$$ and time with DrMoore. It takes a lot to get to a point when you have 50, 000 plus dollars invested and close to 2 years time when you realize this dental procedure you paid for is not going well . To want to verify whats going on by a 2nd opinion .Its excuse after excuse week after week . Changes in design and the original agreement is changing and your not being informed. You feel like something is incredibly wrong . You go for a 2nd opionion and BAM !!!!! You learn that the work being done by DrMoore is not right. You try a 3rd dentist because you dont want to believe this is happening and sure enough the work preformed by DrMoore is not quality nor designed properly. Then you find out the implants used are made of a poor quality . Its hard to believe that your in the middle of your worst nightmare. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone .

Went for a cleaning and a estimate on some cosmetic work . Very $$$ & also didnt feel they have my best interest in mind. Dr.Moore very full of himself.

My name is Fred Moses and I lost my trust in this dentist . I will cut to the bottom line . I stepped away from Dr.Moore because I felt things were not going right with my treatment that I had been working with him on for over a year and 50k invested . Im glad I did. I found out through a second and a third opinion that his work that he preformed on me is not satisfactory work. I was told I needed to have everything Dr Moore installed removed and replaced . Also hit with a new 50k plus bill . Im upset with the dentist and I let him know about it and now he will not respond . I guess he's upset with me because Im upset . I decided that I had been jacked around enough and found out he did a horrible job now Im the bad guy . Beware !!!!!!! I have posted my thoughts on his web site reviews but it doesnt show up .
