This sickening excuse for a human. A doctor????? Smell of feces!!! This mean mean mean hateful disgusting pig! He has made nice people sick. I you want to see human excrement dressed up as a doctor, here it is!!!!

This was a hateful child bully who now sadistically takes out his inferiority complex by revenge on humanity and cruelty to patients. He helped ruin my life.

Anyone who goes to this mean CREEP would have to be crazy. This PSYCHO should be in a psychiatric hospital alright, but as a patient, not a doctor. AND THE BODY ODOR!!!!! This creep really stinks in every way. AVOID!!!!!!

Dear Randy Noble is a cruel little man who thinks that his UCLA publishing makes him a good doctor. Instead of spending most of his time writting about patients I belive Dr. Noble should spend time working with them. Dr. Noble is a Hack in my opinion and needs to not charge the insurance companies so much money. He fluffed my insurers bill by two and a half hours on the oral part and I wonder how much of the written report which was claimed to be close to thiry hours was true. Dr. Noble is a bad man.

He is a very bad man! After my father was in his office for 7 HOURS! He had to be rushed to a 72 sucide watch center! Dr. Noble's true nature was shown by his interrogation and Gestapo tactics used on my dad. My dad had worked for a firm for twenty years and five years for another other people. he worked two jobs and went to school. Dr. Noble who is a lap dog for WC wrote that my dad just decided that he did not like making $8k a month and wanted to try to live off $200 a week! Dr. Noble claimed it was his nature! Now how does a man who works for 25 years, went to college for four years while working, worked on developing software and other business just have a "Lazy nature?" Go screw yourself Dr. Noble advocate of the Broken Workers Comp system!
