Dr. Randolph Mendoza Nunag, MD

My experience with Dr.Nunag is excellent! The staff is professional and very friendly. I didn't wait long before I was seen. Dr.Nunag is very detailed in explaining what my problem is. Heprovides excellent care. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for Primary physician and Family Medicine.

I've been seeing Dr. R. Nunag for about 10 years now. He has a friendly and personable manner and always takes time to answer questions and address my concerns. He relates to me and I feel he really cares. I highly recommend Him. Moshe

It is very difficult to find a doctor that reads up everything concerning your care past and present and takes the time to explain any changes or concerns. Dr Randolph does exactly that. He is up on new medications, and he takes the time to explain each step moving forward. The only very minor negative is that the office is so busy. But that is a small price to pay for a great doctor.

Dr. Randy is a very attentive doc and knows his stuff. Very aggressive in finding out what's wrong and very thorough. I actually enjoy going to see him.

14 years of excellent care for our entire family

Realized on Sunday I had a UTI in the making .Not wanting to bother anyone on Sun. I decided to wait until Monday morning to call Dr. Randolph Clemente Approximately 9:00am I scheduled an appointment for 10:00am on Dr. Randolphs ,Patient Fusion site, and waited until 10:00am to receive confirmation or denial. I filled in the summary of my problem. At 10:05 am I contacted the office and explained to the receptionist what my problem was and what I did on Dr.Randolphs web site. I was informed he doesn't have a site. She said Dr . Clemente Nunag was under the weather and she would speak to Mrs. Clemente about my health problem and she would call me back. Approximately 2:15 I called the office and left a message as they were now out to lunch. At 2:40 I called my insurance company and asked what my options were as the pain was getting more severe. They advised me to go to the recommended Urgent Care Clinic which I did. After arriving home at 6:00pm from the Urgent Care… Clinic ,Mrs .Clemente called to inform me they don't prescribe medication without lab work. I did know this because I have had this problem before and she told me that. THAT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM BUT THE QUEST LAB THAT SHARES THEIR PARKING AREA IS ALREADY CLOSED. Both my husband and I both see Dr. Randolph and have been very satisfied . I am very upset that if we have a problem we will not be speaking with the Doctor who is familiar with our medical history and instead have to speak to his mom, and are at her mercy as to when she will return your call or help you. I am 71 years old and have had this medical problem over my lifetime so I am familiar with the medical treatment but now will have another day and night in misery which I was hoping to avoid.

Sadly the office is run by the Mother who is a dictator which reflects in the staffs attitude. Dr Randolf, Dr Joel and Dr Clements (father) are excellent caring doctors if you can get past the Mother. Nurses come and go due to Mother. She even lists her name on paperwork as RN. She has to be in her 70's and treats everyone as they are below her. Time to retire .............go home and paint.

I am so happy with Dr Randolph Nunag and his staff. Prompt, professional,courteous ,caring.
