Dr. Randolph Coleman Robinson

Dr. Robinson is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. He has gone above and beyond to take the best care of my daughter who has gone through extensive surgeries with Dr. Robinson. He has greatly improved her outcome and also her facial profile in the process. She looks great and is doing great! Thank you so much Dr. Robinson.

I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for almost 10 years now, and he has always been a caring, and selfless man. I have had a total of 5 surgeries and countless procedures and appointments with him and his staff and I have always felt welcome and comfortable. Multiple times Robinson has gone out of his way to assure my relief, including calling in prescriptions after hours and even during a tornado warning. He has no problem offering his personal cellphone number, and is available at all hours. He had a heart of gold and I would recommend him to everyone. He keeps your best interests in mind and with make sure you are happy and comfortable with the results. I am overly content with all the outcomes of my procedures, and believe he is very talented at what he does.

Dr. Robinson is the greatest! I'd seen about 20 Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, prior to meeting Dr. Robinson, and all said that my very painful condition was "too complicated" for them to be able to or willing to try to help me with. Dr. Robinson didn't just try. He did a partial tmj (implant) replacement surgery and a total tmj replacement surgery on me. He's not only a very talented surgeon, but an utterly compassionate one who I highly recommend. I feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Robinson for my surgeon.

Dr. Robinson did an amazing job in taking care of my young daughter after she was injured in an accident. My daughter was extremely upset about having to undergo surgery and Dr. Robinson was extremely patient and kind with her. At 39yrs of age Dr. Robinson helped me realize my dream of having a rhinoplasty surgery. Ever since I was 15 years old (I am now 43yrs) I had been extremely self conscious about the size and shape of my nose. Dr. Robinson listened to my concerns then adressed how he could improve my nose while still keeping the essence of 'me'. Dr. Robinson educated me on the procedure and provided me the utmost care throughout my pre and post op recovery. Waiting over 20 years to actually have this surgery was a long time - I suppose I never felt that any other surgeon was truly listening to me in fact it seemed like they were willing to offer me a cookie-cutter nose which is not what I wanted. After consulting with Dr. Robinson I knew that there was no other surgeon that I would allow to 'alter' my appearance than him. I am grateful for Dr. Robinson providing me all the information needed to make one of the best decisions in my life - my freinds and family are thrilled too - I still look like… me only better!

Dr. Robinson has set an new standard in the medical field for what true and genuine patient care is. From the start he invests in his patients, their needs, their concern, their interest. He actually listens to what the patient wants! This seems like such a rare trait in the medical field now a days. He is very professional, and fully invested in taking care of you from begining to end. He is easy to talk to and very nice. He really knows what he's doing! I'm amazed at his skill and knowledge of his field. Great Results!I have to admit, any visit to the doctors office for whatever reason is such a turn off, but with Dr. Robinson's skill and genuine care, I would recommend him to anyone!

Talented and well learned!

I studied Dr. Robinson's credentials before I committed his care to my three children or myself. He has both a medical degree and a dental degree, and is double-board certified, initially in oral and maxillofacial surgery and then later in cosmetic surgery as well. He has since recertified at the proper times and without difficulty in both of these board specialties.He was honored as "Resident of the Year" during his 4-year residency, a selection made by the house staff officers (department chiefs) of all medical and surgical residencies, not just his specialty. He was also personally invited by the world's "father" of craniofacial surgery, Paul L. Tessier, MD, where he did a 1-year fellowship with Dr. Tessier in craniofacial surgery in Paris, France. He first-assisted Dr. Tessier in several cases and also traveled with Dr. Tessier from France to US to assist him in cases throughout in the US. Dr. Tessier ultimately preferred to teach facial surgeons who had both dental and facial… surgery backgrounds in order to understand better the complex anatomy of the oral, facial and cranial vault regions.A leading anesthesiologist recently stated publicly there are two surgeons for whom he has the greatest respect (of the 200 surgeons for whom he administers anesthesia during their cases) in the Denver area. One of those surgeons was Dr. Robinson. This anesthesiologist said, besides Dr. Robinson's excellent skills, he noted Dr. Robinson and this other surgeon are the only two who consistently remain with their patients as this anesthesiologist does the anesthesia inductions at the beginning of their surgeries.Dr. Robinson has a heart for people. He founded a charitable organization in 1993 which has provided free facial surgeries for some of the most needy in the world. Thus far, his organization has provided nearly 1,100 such surgeries abroad and in the Denver area. These patients include crime and abuse victims locally, for which Dr. Robinson received a crime victims' award when he reconstructed a woman's face after she suffered a gun shot wound to her face.Personally, Dr. Robinson removed a squamous cell skin cancer lesion from my nose that he correctly diagnosed. He did a full-thickness skin graft taken from behind my ear after he removed this more aggressive cancer. The scar could well have been disfiguring, but the scar remains minimal. No cancer has returned since the removal in 2002.He also reset my nose two days after I fell and broke it. It is now straighter than it had been (as I had also broken it as a child) and I can breathe through it with ease.He removed my three children's wisdom teeth. I was amazed how quickly he did the surgeries. They each experienced minimal swelling, needed little pain medication, had fast recoveries, and had no complications.Dr. Robinson also came in on his time off when my son fell and broke his back while snow skiing. He had a large laceration as well, which Dr. Robinson sewed up. The scar now is barely visible.I highly recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone in need of oral, maxillofacial, craniofacial, or facial cosmetic surgeries. I entrusted him with each of my children and fully believe in Dr. Robinson's skills and knowledge. He truly is a kind man.
