Dr. Randolph Louis Roig, MD

I was seen by dr roig at the VA in new orleans. He said I had nerve damage in my arm and i needed physical therapy. Turns out I had a disc that was pushing on the nerve and I needed neck surgery. I tried telling him I was getting weaker but he didn't listen. He didn't hardly spend any time with me and now I have weakness. Surgery helped, but should have been seen sooner.

Nicest doctor ever.

Dr. Roig and I use the term "Dr." loosely loves to over prescribe. He placed me on a starting dose of 60mg TID of oxycontin. I started vomiting and have severe stomach cramps and a general malaise. He said I was fine. I was not. I went to another treating physician who not only weened me off addictive pain meds but treated me limited medication. I suffered from clinical depression. I was hurt at work and placed on ST disability. Dr. Roig was addicting me to pain meds. One year later back at work and productive. I would never have been in this manageable state if I did not leave Dr. Roig's "care."
