Dr. Randy Agolia, MD

Dr. Agolia has been our son's pediatrician for a decade and we couldn't be happier. He talks to our child as if he were his own. He asks the child questions and puts him at ease. And the Disney office décor is wonderful. Highly recommend

Dr.Agolia has been my children's pediatrician for 16 years and we absolutely love him! He really listens and genuinely cares. He is very thorough and my children love him.

Dr. Agolia is a great Dr. He spends all the time needed with his patients and makes sure they fully understand everything. He takes a genuine interest in not only the problem, but what else is going o n with the patient..he carries on a conversation and is never in a hurry. He has a great bedside manner with kids...all my kids love him. He can make a quick and accurate diagnosis. He's just a wonderful Dr.

Dr. Agolia treated my son for several years. Every exam, every consultation, every conversation was proof that Dr. Agolia was caring, knowledgeable and sensitive.

Terrific doctor. Always accurate and caring. My child thinks he is terrific too!

Dr. Agolia is the most amazing doctor I have ever met, let alone the most amazing pediatrician. Him and his nurses truly care about us as patients and it shows. When both of my children were very young (at one and two years old), they both had RSV at the same time over a 3 week time frame one winter. We were in the office often to x-ray their lungs and check for fluid. They had me walk "in the back door" (without appointment) every few days just for one of the nurses to listen to the kid's lungs as they new I was scared to death. Not only did they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, the nurses also called to check on me daily to see how the kids were doing with their breathing treatments. Dr. Agolia even instructed his nurses to offer to come help me if need be (knowing I was a young, single mom, very alone and very distraught over the scariness of RSV). They made appointments to call me back to check up on the kids every day. Dr. Agolia has always been very kind and… compassionate regarding the silliest of issues I have brought up to him, and has always been considerate to ease my anxiety over what most doctors would see as silly things. Not only is he insanely compassionate - his knowledge of childrens medical needs is top notch. He has never missed an ear infection or overlooked anything. I have never once had an issue with the office staff while visiting the office like previous reviews.. If you're polite to them, they are above and beyond to you. I do not like seeing any of the other doctors in the practice when Dr. Ag is out. One of them missed an ear infection -TWICE while Dr. Ag. was on vacation, and the other acted like he didn't care to be there (took one LOOK at my son and said "he's fine"). The nurses are available 24/7 for anything you could need. I've also had to call in at 10pm for help on a very high fever, was given direct instruction on what to do, and called back 3 hours later to check to see if his fever went down. Amazing!! One of the most amazing displays of a doctor's compassion is when we heard that Dr. Agolia was participating in the St. Baldrick's foundation event in honor of one of his little patients with cancer. He shaved his head bald to raise money for childhood cancers research!!! If that's not an amazing doctor, let a lone man, I don't know what is. I wish every child I knew had the privilege to see Dr. Agolia and his staff.Dr. Agolia is the BEST for pediatric care in the St. Louis area, Missouri and I'd even venture to say he's one of the best in the US.

Def agree with other posts old nurse was a little cold but I never had any major problem with her. The new nurse is super sweet and great with the kids as well. I love Dr. Agolia because he realizes everything doesn't have to be by the book and your kids will still be fine. Also he doesn't make me feel stupid when I ask questions.

I actually enjoy taking the kids to see Dr. Agolia. My 4 y.o. was sick and said, I need to see Dr. Agolia. When your child actually requests him, you know he's good. He's very personable and I feel like he's not just a doctor, but a parent too. I don't mind the front desk staff at all...I've had some terrible desk staff and they are great in comparison. Also, his new nurse is the sweetest thing EVER!! The mean nurse is gone.

We love Dr Agolia! He is absolutely wonderful with all my children - from the 8yo to the 17yo. My only complaint? The front desk. They have a grumpy personality - which I find amusing when the one actually wears her Grumpy scrub top. The new nurse is great also.

I really didn't like Dr. Agolia's nurse either, thankfully she was let go and the new nurse is so friendly and caring. She is amazing with kids. I still don't like the receptionists but like the dr too much to stop going there for them.
