Dr. Randy James Bogard

I was astonished when I looked up the reviews for this person after my son's experience and found that this seems to be a habit of Dr. Bogart. My son was supposed to have all four wisdom teeth removed. We had to schedule our lives around it, so he had to take time off work, and I also had to take time off work. We brought him in, and the dentist was only able to get one of my son's wisdom teeth out, apparently because my son kept moving around during the surgery. The dental assistant came out and explained that we now need to go to UW for the rest of the surgery. My question to her was, why? Does UW have better equipment than you guys? She stammered and became very defensive and rude. When my son finally came out of anesthesia, he was in tears when I told him we have to do this all over again. It seems to me that this dentist just can't be bothered to finish surgeries and sends all these kids to UW because he can. Rude, unprofessional, never answers the phone. Horrible. Now I have had… to call them five times to get the referral for UW, and they still haven't done it after three months.

Had to have my bridge cut off and my tooth extracted. Was meet with a smile and how may we help you? Wait time was short and extraction wasn't painful.. Friendly, kind and caring is how I describe this office. Doctor was wonderful. If I ever need surgery or an implant, this office will be my first call

Was very pleased with Dr. Randy Bogards work on my tooth. He is very good and has a very good bedside manor. I would recommend him to any one needing a tooth removel. His staff was very pleasing also.

I have had two tooth extraction's done by Dr. Bogard. The procedures were done perfectly! I was treated with respect and given wonderful care by Dr. Bogard and his staff. The office is immaculate and very clean from the entry waiting room, bathroom and exam rooms-a good sign that they care about where they work and want to please their patient's. I highly recommend Dr. Randy Bogard.
