Dr. Randy Hitt Butler, MD

I have been seeing Dr Butler for 5 years now and I am a 59 year old man, he is by far the best physician I have ever seen. I trust his diagnosis and treatments as they have always been spot on. If you want a doctor that is very knowledgeable you have found the right place!

I found Dr Butler to be an excellent Dr. I never wondered what he thought and when I left his office I was confident I had the right information and the right Dr. I will admit he could seem blunt and to the point but I found that refreshing and confident.

Dr. Butler is the type of person who dislikes repeating himself. If you ask him for clarification of spoken medical jargon, he will dramatically over enunciate what he said previously, and amplifiy his voice to unnecessary levels. Like a fed up parent who is tired of answering their child. He is extremely condescending and has a short temper. Gets frustrated easily when he has to explain things to people who arent doctors. I think Dr. Butler believes that doctors dont have to be social or pleasant, because he is neither. He never greets the patient upon first seeing them, and usually enters the exam room while staring down at paperwork and does not say hello. In a world where doctors are not beyond reproach from fellow citizens evaluating the doctors' character, it would behoove a business professional to come across as friendly and easy to talk to... But maybe this person has become jaded and simply does not care anymore. Good thing is, there are plenty of doctors who want your… business. After all, this doctor patient thing IS all about the money. Thats why they got into medicine, for the millions they make each year. Cant make millions when youre turning off your own customers.

Great caring doctor who listens to his patients... goes out of his way to help A++++

I changed my primary care provider because dr. butler seems uncaring. he may give you good medical advised but he does not smile. he is like an old college professor who will give you his lecture and class dismiss.

I have been with Dr. Randy Butler for 15 years. I will, without a doubt, live longer because of his outstanding care. He is ALWAYS on time. I never have to wait.

I am really tuned off bu Mary on his front office staff. She has no compassion and is extremely sarcastic. I won't go here again!

Has an attitude, is rude & dismissive & has a horrible bedside manner. A nurse friend of mine who also went to him said he didn't even listen to her chest when she felt like she had bronchitis AND was rude to her as well. Left and found a wonderful family practice doc.

Love, LOVE this Doctor. He is truly concerned about his patients and VERY thorough!!

Overall experience with Dr. Randy Butler was not positive. He barely spends 5-7 minutes with you and walks off. His staff is not very efficient. Lab work results were misplaced and my husband's prescription (for an urgent condition)to the pharmacy took him and his staff the longest time to send! That too after a family member had to yell at them. His whole attitude was so unsympathetic and non caring. They always made us feel like they were doing us a favor when in reality they were getting paid more from our insurance than the service we received from them. I guess that's what medical practice is all about...money!!!!
