Dr. Randy Byron Cronic, MD

Dr. Randy Cronic M.D. is one of the finest Doctors out there. The wait may be long at times, but I believe the wait is worth it. Dr. Chronic will spend as much time as it takes to answer your questions and address all concerns. I do not resent when there is a wait, bc I know he is providing that same level of care to his patients before me. Dr. Cronic is a wonderful doctor, with a great bedside manner. Dr. Cronic is genuinely kind, thoughtful and I have been honored to have him as my family’s doctor over these last 2 plus decades. S Jaunsen

not the fanciest office but 'perfect office looks' doesn't translate to good care. Linda FNP did my physical and she was so thorough, easy to talk to and gave the best explanations. It was by far one of the better experiences I've ever had at a Dr office. They have a portal and when I asked her a follow up question, she got back with me immediately.

Extreme Lack of Follow Up resulted in misdiagnosis and over billing!

I enjoy seeing him because he always has an enormously good attitude towards his patients. It’s hard to see him sometimes but is usually worth the wait. All the nurses are pleasant too!

While the staff is professional, you'll wait 30 minutes minimum to see them if you have any appointment besides the first one in the morning. And if you have the first appointment which is 7 AM. You'll see your doctor rolling in around 7:20 even though you've been in the waiting room since 6:50. Oh and their "on-call doctor" will just never return your calls and their office will feign ignorance. I'm switching doctors as soon as possible

Billed for 75 mins with NP. Visit was less than 15 minutes. That is wrong!

Dr. Cronic appears to be competent enough in the event that you are able to get to speak with him. Much of the staff are being paid to overbook the doctor, and if you are in need of fast pain relief, this is not the person to call; you could see God faster then seeing Dr. Cronic. Simple procedures become monumental undertakings, and much like politics today the best interests of the constituents/patients are quickly overridden with both greed and convenience to the staff. They are "available" 4-1/2 days per week only, and being seen in a timely manner is all but impossible. I had been in severe pain for four days [no one was there after lunch Friday when the problem started so I waited]. Monday I called four times, was put on hold, and never got a message through to anyone. Called at 7:30AM this morning, Tuesday, and needed only twenty seconds of the doctors time to get a routine injection. Nope, wait three more days after the four I had just spent was the answer I received. Drove to… their office to express my grievances, and wanting Dr. Cronic to tell me to my face that he would not take care of me only to have them call the police on me. Spoke with the officer, and went home no better for my efforts. This is simply a cash cow, and the good doctor has more patients than he is adequately able to take care of, but in rolls the almighty dollar bills. What about the hippocratic oath? Noticed on line that the average doctors take from "well wishers/lobbyist/reps for pharmaceutical companies is $288; he booked close to $10,000. As Americas population ages it will only get worse, and the good doctors will laugh all the way to the bank. As Mel Brooks said in the movie "History of the World, part 1": "It's good to be the king". Oh, and when you go, make sure that you are in subservient mode and tell them only what they want to hear in a manner similar to Marilyn Monroe singing "Happy Birthday Mr. President..." to JFK.

I have been a patient for 8 years. Yet, despite multiple attempts, I could not get the Doctor/office to return my calls for a refill of my insulin. I left messages with the patient line, spoke with an assistant the next day, and could not even get a return call on the after-hours line. Really really bad customer service

Dr chronic is good. I like him a lot, but to get through on the telephone line is terrible. I've waited on the phone for as much as 20 minutes. There's a number you can push for med refills but the answering machine operator keeps asking me to push, then it keep,reverting back to the machine with the same message. I may have to change for this reason.

The front office and office manager is very difficult. I have NEVER called his office without being put on hold for at least five minutes. I had a really bad experience with this doctors office... you will need a good doctor after dealing with these fools because you will either have a nervous break down or heart attack. STAY AWAY... front office not worth the trouble.
