Had laser vision surgery. Started having complications shortly after. He did not seem very concerned about it. I asked him about my recovery and prognosis and he said I could “go jump off a building.” I went completely blind and had to have two cornea transplants. I will require more in my life. His office never called me to check on me after the visit where he told me to go die...

Ennen performed PRK surgery on my daughter. Within 6 weeks she went totally blind. When she asked him "What's the worst case scenario?" he laughed and said "Well, I guess you could jump off a tall building!"

Did a horrible job on droopy eyelid surgery and was told if I wanted it fixed I could go to a plactic surgeon. My eyes are worse now than before the surgery. Ennon is the most arrogant doctor I have ever gone to in my life and talks down to you like you are ignorant. I will tell everyone I possibly can that is considering going to him not to make the mistake I did. What makes matters even worse is I have macular degeneration and need all the light in my eyes possible and now I have a big saggy pouch at the corner of each eye that droops down over my eyes. SHAME ON YOU DR RANDY ENNEN.

nine years ago Dr. Ennen said i needed catarac surgery. I took all the pre medicines and then at late in the day before the surgery, they canceled it. I'm glad they did because I've had several eye exams since the with other doctors and all of them said I did not need catarac surgery. Even Dr. Laster said I didn't and he worked in the same office.

Saw Drs Pratt and Ennen for cataract surgery. Staff is very professional and courteous. Surgery by Dr Ennen on L eye 5-16. In and out in less than 90min. Entire surgical staff, including Dr Tait, very pleasant to deal with. After only one day and patch removed, very happy with results. Can’t wait to get R eye done in a couple weeks. Thanks to the entire staff.

Dr. Ennen is not a nice person, he is arrogant and talks down to people. If he doesn't want to mess with you he takes your office visit money and then tells you to go to a specialist that you don't need and have to pay more money. Very poor service.

Everyone in office and staff are the most pleasant and happy. Dr Ennen is an outstanding, carring doctor. Wonderful experience..I would say the best.

Dr. Ennen and his staff do an amazing job. I have been going to Dr.Ennen for many years now. I get quick service and feel like I have been treated with great respect each time I leave. His optical department is great as well, there is so many options to choose from and the girls never let you leave without feeling like a diva!

Dr. Ennen has done an excellent job on my eye needs. When my retina detached he was willing to meet me after hours to do what he could do. Then, he unhesitatingly sent me right on to see another specialist in little and the reattachment surgery was done at 6:00 AM the next morning saving the eyesight in that eye. He has been able to take care of my other eye problems right there in his office.
