Dr. Randy Scott Heidel, MD

My visit was during a slow time in the office. The waiting room had only 2 people, and as I walked to the exam rooms, I noticed they were empty and everything was pretty quiet. Still, from the moment he entered the room, I could tell that Heidel wanted to end the appointment as soon as possible. He didn't even examine the area of concern, just jotted quick notes, not even meeting my eye once. It almost felt like contempt, like I was just a waste of his precious doctorly time.

Dr. Heidel is very friendly and I liked him until he completely misdiagnosed a life threatening illness that I had. He was treating me for something minor and it turned out I had a major heart problem. Needless to say, I changed to a different doctor and clinical So I think he is good for minor problems, but when I had something really serious, he did not spend enough time getting to the bottom of my problem and as a result I almost lost my life.
