I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor is thorough and answers questions I have regarding my care. The office personnel are efficient and extremely polite when I call with questions regarding my care.

I have given Dr. Horn several opportunities to treat my family, and every time we wait more than 30 minutes past our appointment to see him and then he treats us like we are bothering him. He has a terrible bedside manner, and is very pompous. He shuts down every question with an attitude that he knows more than you, and how dare you even bother to ask him such stupid questions. I will gladly drive 30 minutes to see another doctor, as there are NO good doctors in Anthem.

Dr. Horn and his staff were very polite and prompt. his nurse was responsive and listened to my needs. Dr. Horn was very nice, and had a good bedside manner. He is a no-nonsense kind of personaily, which means there wasn't much small talk, which doesn't bother me. We have FINALLY found a great PCP.

I have see a lot of Doctors over my lifetime and I can say that Doctor Horn is the best that I have had. He is intelligent, thoughtful, knowlegeable and concerned for patient welfare. The only reason that I gave hin 4 stars is because they wouldn't let me give him five.

The office staff has poor quality, never trust Dr. Horn and his staff to be there for you as the primary care practitioner. When you actually need him they will not try to squeeze you in, instead send you to urgent care even with a 24 hour notice. I feel that when you have a Doctor as your primary care practitioner for several years they should get you in with a days notice. Good thing we have other Doctors in Anthem!!!

I had to diagnose my own medical issue and when i found out what the serious problem was he was unaccomadating to help ease my level of pain and profiled me. i am very unhappy with the way I was treated and led to feel during my difficult time. I may me filing for leagal action. If my problem was diagnose properly and in time I would not be needing surgery. Thank You for nothing.
