Dr. Randy Allan Jordan, MD

A wonderfully calm demeanor and great skills in explaining tests and symptoms. Has an excellent staff with Donna, Jennie, and Sherry. They make a visit to the Heber Springs office very nice.

I was a patient over 10 yrs. Got another heart doctor who told me my heart condition was not as bad as Dr. Jordan had been telling me and took me off 4 heart meds I didn't need to be taking. Dr Jordan doesn't have a clue and won't listen to you when I did ask questions. I was being over treated for a heart condition I didn't have.

I and my wife used Jordan. My wife can't get her results from a Holter monitor. We called our family doctor to see if he could get the results. They told him they have no clue what happen to them. And that was 2 months after my wife returned the monitor. So she has no idea what it showed. There could be a problem with her heart and the doctor and his office haven't even attempted to contacts us with results or tell us they can't find the results. Several calls to them directly have been ignored. Going to check with medical ethics sites to see if we can pursue this more. Better business as well. This is the worse any doctor and his staff have ever treated either one of us.
