Dr. Randy Scott Kay, DO

The first and second visit was charged $80 when my co-pay was $20, did give me refund, but did it with an attitude. They changed my prescription from Nerve Block 25mg to Muscle relaxer 10mg without consulting me. Also called to get a refill of Nerve Block 25mg on a Friday at 9:30 am then called again at 3 pm same day and was told in a very snotty way "WE HAVE UNTIL 5 TO CALL THOSE IN". Basically yelled at me. I called the pharmacy at and after 5 pm and the script was not called in. I went to the pharmacy in person after that and they never called in the prescription. I was forced to suffer in pain for the entire weekend. I called again on Monday and requested the doctor call me and still have not heard from them. I do not recommend this doctor, only to my worst enemy.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SEE DR RANDY FOR AROUND 30 YEARS. HE IS THE BEST FAMILY PRACTITIONER, I HAVE EVER HAD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE WHO ASKS ME IF I KNOW OF A GOOD DOCTOR.

Their horrible with prescriptions. Randomly altering the quantity and frequency of refils without notice... Very unnerving and unpredictable.
