Dr. Randy Lundell, DO

I like Dr Lundell but over the last month I have left several messages since his call goes straight to a answering machine and yet have not received or heard anything back. I’m in need of some refills and can not seem to get ahold of anyone. I live 3 hrs away so can’t drive pass to see if anyone is even there. Can anyone tell me if he is even practicing anymore or maybe moved locations, got a new number, and etc…. Thanks in advance!!!

Too many issues to list, but the practice seems to be "going out of business." Zero follow through on basic refills etc and total incompetency by receptionist/wife, even though she is a RN herself! Don't waste your time and money!

Incompetent receptionist! I have been calling for over a month leaving messages and haven’t heard back! I liked the Doctor but the receptionist doesn’t do her job what so ever!

Warning: DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! He double charged me for supplements and it took 3 months for the money to be refunded after having to consistently contact him. He won't answer your calls if he knows he's cheated you in some way and will avoid having to make things right. He also claims he doesn't work with insurance but he was legally contracted with my insurance at the time of my visit. Not only did he take the money from me but also my insurance. Am I getting it back? Of course not! Come to find out he recently filed for bankruptcy. No wonder he's avoiding me. I spent over $400, spent months trying to get my money back and didn't get help with my health needs. He could have just told me he was no longer in business and had filed for bankruptcy, instead he and his wife gave me the run around for three months. I hope this helps other people avoid ending up in the same terrible situation.

I had a horrible experience with them. The receptionist is totally incompetent, I had to call in 4 times over the course of three weeks to order these supplements that I absolutely need for my health. She lied every time and told me that she had mailed them when she hadn't and that they were in priority shipping. I finally asked for a refund since I hadn't ever gotten the supplements, its been over a week and I still haven't received a refund. My husband called her and she apparently hadn't even refunded it yet even though she told me over the phone that she had. This place needs to step up their customer service. I can't even imagine how they must treat their patients.

For years I saw Dr Lundell. I was so impressed with his practice. He was in a different building and he had an excellent staff and other doctors and nurses. He loved hormone replacement and diets and thyroid issues. He loved his family and his wife and told me often about them . I would see his wife and he at various places and he was always holding her hand. Very personable. It started getting crazy when he dropped insurance and then went to another building. Staff changed. Building seemed empty compared to his previous practice. I would have my blood drawn and wait for weeks to get my results. Then I would never be able to talk to him. The prescriptions were only written with no refills and I would have to pay cash out again in 6 months . It got ridiculous. Last visit there was a distinct change in Dr Lundell. Felt ugly. Found out he left his wife for the beautiful dietician that worked for him. Wow! Did not see that coming. So sad for his family. All the struggles of school and… building a practice together and armed forces and then this happens. My heart breaks for his ex wife and children?????????????????? I cannot endorse Randy Lundell as a doctor. My heart and health problems of PFO and cancer were not in his agenda. All about diet and hormones.

I feel Dr. Lundell gets to the root of the problem and he is very knowledgable in treating hormones, fatigue, IV therapy, & weight loss plus much more.

Charges outrageous prices for standard treatment. Didn’t catch my husbands liver disease or my endometriosis. So much money wasted.

I went to Dr Lundell over a year ago. I was excited to find a Doctor that was more preventative and alternative. I felt like he was thorough and listened well our first visit. Then he recommended getting blood work done. I told him I only had Select Health insurance and I needed to use their labs. He recommend getting it drawn in house and sending it to Labcorps and that even though they didn't take my insurance they would cover it and it wouldn't cost me. So I went through with it. I met with him again to go over my labs when they were back. He recommended a bunch of things. I did them. I felt a little better. I decided to go back 9 months later and touch base. I got blood work done again but this time at an IHC lab. I went in to meet with Dr. Lundell to go over labs. He met with me for 5 min. Told me some things looked better. Said my Iron was even lower. Didn't give advice of what to do. And that was that. I paid $175 for the visit. I walked away thinking "I don't… think i'll go back" and feel discouraged. Then a month later I got a $3100 bill from the lab work done over a year earlier. I called his office and they said "sorry, we thought it would be covered and that there was nothing we can do" What??? Sorry??? Dr Lundell specifically told me it would be covered. And pushed for me to go with that Lab. Now I have a huge bill to pay! The IHC lab work that I did 2 months ago was completely covered. It feels like some kind of scam and misleading. I feel super upset and am at a loss of what to do. Dr Lundell should cover the bill. He should have his facts straight and be clear about cost. Especially when the patient specifically asks pricing and what would be covered with insurance. I don't trust him and would not recommend him.

i had terrible candida over growth, constant vaginal infections, anal itching, constant thrush from candida in my mouth for 7b months. I saw his PA Elizabeth Daniels for 2 visits and she confirmed Candida with the blood test. I waited 4 months to see Dr Lundell thinking he would be more an expert than the PA, but he was a Quack. He rushed me out of the door in 8 minutes. He said I had Sibo without even testing me. He said I did not have Candida even with all my symptoms. I say if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it is a duck. He undermined what his PA concluded as my diagnosis. He did nothing to give me candida killers. He handed me this GENERIC HANDOUT. from another Famous Doctor, not him. Then when I waited outside, minutes later another patient behind me came to sit by me and had the same GENERIC HANDOUT. DR. LUNDELL JUST SELLS SUPPLEMENT AND HE DIAGNOSES EVERYONE THE SAME. i DROVE FROM AMERICAN FORK TO SEE HIM what a QUACK.
