I came in for a yearly check up.100% covered under my insurance- Dr Luzania also decided to add additional office visit to my bill. I figured it was a mistake so I called into the Billing office. When I mentioned my extra they made the comment oh I know which Dr. you have. that was in December2018- no one followed up with me so Feb 10th I called back in. she passed my information to Tom Anderson in charge. he took two weeks to call me. I explained it was just a physical. said he talked to The Dr. and he is going to add an office visit. I requested a yearly check up and didn't add or authorize anything other than routine. Tom Anderson says he had the code checked and he will not change it( not listening to the patient. I am reporting it as insurance fraud.

I wish I could say he was everything I wanted in a family practitioner but it would be a lie. He is not a poor doctor he just lacks the ability to inspire me to trust him. He spends most of his time typing on his computer. I’m not even sure if that is his fault or the insurance companies fault. Regardless I find it difficult to warm up to him. I often feel rushed during my appointment. Often he will say he is going to send a referral and it never gets done.

Always has empathy for your situation. Professional but also takes the time to explain and consult. Good results with his plan of action.

I love my doctor he's great, there's nothing I would do continue having him for my doctor, he listens to me and truly tries to solve what ever medical issue that I discuss with him, I hope to continue being his patient for a long time to come.

Very thorough and takes the time to listen to questions and answer in plain English. He has a genuinely caring manner and never rushes you giving quality care. Very accommodating for same day appointments when needed.

My title above summarizes the review. My typing skills being elderly and fonts on the screen being so tiny. I put it all in the title. Dr. L is my definition of an excellent primary care doctor or personal physician. That is rare in time driven business performance.

Quick, efficient, was able to do everything in one visit. Very through, answered all my questions. Explained everything in detail during examination. Results of testing received the same week. Dr. Luzania is a wonderful doctor with a great staff!

Dr. Luzania listens to my concerns and is always very prompt getting out referrals or additional information for me to make the best choice for my medical care. The online scheduling is a great benefit and if there are questions they are very prompt in contacting me. In addition, lab results are always given in a timely manner.
