We love Shine Pediatrics! We have a child with autism and they are very helpful and sensitive to his complex needs. And they treat in an integrative manner. Although we have seen several different practitioners there, Christie Potter, is our favorite! Our son often has auditory sensitivities and if it's a bad day - they will let him be seen in a room furthest away from louder kids. I also like that they have different waiting areas for sick and well patients.

Passionate doctor who loves what he does. However very difficult to get an appt with the doctor. I've always been seen by different people and makes the experience very impersonal. Also there were time i felt the vitals were taken sloppily :T Perhaps i'm old fashioned but i like to be seen consistently by my doctor. waits here are horrendously long which has your kid having a meltdown in the office. it would make sense to not book so many appointments, especially afternoon, when it's known that things will get pushed back.

The wait is months out for us to see Dr. Naidoo and I am almost debating whether or not to take a chance with this office. The nurse/ receptionist who answered the phone to take appointment was rude and downright condescending. She spoke to me as if she was trying to do a HUGE favor for me by putting me down for an appointment where Dr. Naidoo will be able to examine my baby physically, instead of via a phone consultation. I have real concern with my baby's acid reflux problem and as a first-time mother, I did not feel a phone consultation will result in a positive diagnose direction. Needless to say, I have doubt about putting my baby here because not only it is important to have a good, compassionate and experienced Doctor, but as parents, I feel we all need to have great experience dealing with the staff that runs the office.

Dr. Naidoo was caring and attentive and seems a great fit for our family. Our child has special needs and Dr. Naidoo is clearly knowledgeable about his condition and had a lot of tools at his disposal to help kids other than just the traditional allopathic route- truly embracing healing not just medical school. Awesome!

I think Shine Pediatrics are the most caring office I've ever been to. They really care about me and my kids. They work wonders with their natural approach. My child has been allergy free and also gut issues have cleared up. Wow! Thanks Shhine. Your whole staff is so nice. Not like some other offices we have been to.

I've been coming for awhile and every single time, I've had to wait at least 45 minutes before I saw the doctor. I always get to the office on time, if not early. If it were just me, it would be merely annoying. But since it's me and my baby, it can be downright frustrating.

Dr. Naidoo is a wonderful physician. He will listen and take time to explain things throughly. He has great bedside manner and will not make you feel rushed like many other doctors. He is also very knowledgeable and we feel comfortable that he will always take the safest, but least invasive, most "natural" approach with our child. My main complaint is with the staff. Tina has been rude more than once to us, as if we were bothering her with our questions. Also,I have had trouble getting called back when I was told I was going to get a call "the next day" or "this week". Overall, I keep going to Dr. Naidoo and put up with the staff, simply because Dr. Naidoo is one of a kind doc, truly a gem.

He is a fabulous caring doctor. He cares about his patients. However he has a receptionist Tina who is extremely rude, loud & doesn't like people or herself for that matter. I have never been to doctors office ever & experienced an inappropriate receptionist like her in my life. I find it strange that the docs & other staff are professional kind & pleasant. Then all of a sudden there is Tina who I've had several problems with. Obviously a miserable person in her own skin. Praying for her. Praying for the ones who choose to deal with her. Be careful with her she's not a friendly or professional person at any level.

Dr. Naidoo is right up there in the same league in terms of taking a common sense approach to healing with Western medicine and natural alternatives.
