Front staff is horrible. The told me I had to wait 5 days to see a doctor when I had a swore throat and a fever. They were very rude and condescending. I told them, "okay, so I guess I'll go to Urgent care because I cant wait that long." The woman chuckled and said, "Yeah, you do that." Then hung up. I never went back since.

I went in for a stomach virus, I had nausea and some vomiting going on. I called that day and was able get an appointment at 3:45pm. I called around 11:30am. I called around 2pm because the nausea was getting worse and it IS an emergency that I get an RX for either anti nausea suppository or oral dissolvent. As I walked in, I waited 5 minutes for a clerk or secretary to come to the front desk to acknowledge me. I told her that I feel a wave of vomiting coming up and could I please wait in the restroom. I waited 15 minutes for this "Why are you here?" "I cannot help you I do not have IV's" I told him look i just started getting this stomach bug and all I need is an RX for it. "NO" "I cannot help you" "go to the ER". Really? He knew all this from standing over me as I sat near the toilet. He didnt even take my vitals, NOTHING. He just kicked me out right from the bathroom. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.

Dr. Randy Spector has been my PCP for many years. He provides excellent care and is a wonderful diagnostician. His kind and professional manner alleviate the stress one feels from going to the doctor.

He did a sufficent examination, and asked questions up front. Then it felt like he was a script dispenser as he asked me what scripts I preferred and didn't bother telling me the prognosis until after I asked.

He asks for copay before he sees you. He is not supposed to do that for Medicare patients. He is supposed to bill Medicare and Medigap, then send pastor to bill for what insurance does not pay. If you over pay, he does not give refunds. That is why I will not return to him.

Dr. Spector is such a great guy - he is so compassionate and I feel that he really listens to me. He has always been able to figure out what's wrong and treat me without any complications.

I take my whole family to Dr Spector. He is very knowledgable, caring, and always makes time for us.

I have medicare and Medigap. I am not supposed to pay more than$20 per visit. The receptionists said that my bill was $81.20. I said that could not be true. The receptionists said that they would bill My insurance first and then bill me. When I got the bill it was for $15.97; a far cry from $81.20. The week before my next appointment I called the office to ask what my bill would be. Since I have Medicare and Medigap, it should have been $20 or less. Again , I was quoted a much higher figure. I asked to have my insurance billed first like last time. I was told no. I was also told that if a patient over pays, the patient does not get a refund. It gets applied to the next office visit. I do not think that is fair. What if the patient decides to change doctors or even moves away or dies . The office should return the patient's money. I then cancelled my appointment. I now see a doctor who bills my insurance and then sends me a bill for what my insurance does not pay.

You never feel rushed AND you never wait more than a few minutes when you arrive at your appointment time.
