Dr. Randy Dean Walker, MD

I made an appoint for my daughter. Upon arrival to her appt. she was told by the front dest clerk that she couldn't be seen today because she didn't have enough money for the co-pay as she had an old insurance card that showed a 28.00 co-pay but that the new co-pay was 40.00. The office clerk was in error the new co-pay amount was 30.00 in which my daughter had enough money to pay. She wasted her gas to drive 45 miles to De-Queen to be dismissed by an office clerk that gave mis information regarding her co-pay and cancelled her appt. I have several family members that see Dr. Walker and tell me how great he is but, I will no longer reccommend anyone go to him due to how my 19 year old daughter was treated by his staff.

Great Dr. Also really like Kelly Hardin!! Very pleasant nurses. The women at the front windows need some training, poor people skills.

Very knowledgeable, knew a lot of stuff that my specialists did not know, better results than with my $200 dollar specialist.
