Dr. Randy T. Warner, MD

My experience with Dr. Warner was that while he could be personable during the initial visits, that changed over time. I often felt dismissed, and his communication came across as rude and unprofessional. Rather than feeling like my concerns mattered, I was left with the impression that I was simply another number on the schedule instead of a patient deserving of individualized attention and care.

I saw Dr. Warner a few years ago when I was in high school. At the time I was receiving regular therapy, but I saw Dr. Warner to get a prescription for depression. I had a very bad experience. Dr. Warner was loud, arrogant, condescending, and unprofessional. I felt that he did more talking than I did and he did not actually care to get to the root of whatever my issue was. I recently left a 1 star review for his practice. In his response, he claimed that I had a personality disorder and I was a disruptive and troubled child; none of that is true. I was and still am a very shy and reserved person. For him to make these false claims which also put my mental health information out on a public platform is unethical and unprofessional. When I replied to his response, he deleted his comment, but I had already taken screenshots. After reading some of his responses to the other bad reviews, I saw that he had put some of their information out as well. Under one review, he even said how someone… was struggling with drug use, which is something that should have remained private between Dr. Warner and that patient.

I’ve have been seeing Dr. Warner for a few years now. he is everything a patient could hope to find. every visit I walk away feeling refreshed. He has even helped me with my over all health by letting me know my blood pressure can’t stay high without complications. Followed though with primary. Feeling better with better numbers.

Dr. Warner is outstanding! Most doctors are professional, but that's to be expected. What sets Dr. Warner apart is he listens and treats patients as a person vs. a list of symptoms to address with a pill. Overall, he's engaging and shows a genuine concern for the patient's improvement. I'm grateful to have found him and his practice. Since 2005, I've had three doctors prescribe medication ineffective at addressing my endocrine needs. Due to a benign pituitary tumor, I have low testosterone and several related symptoms. Using the prescribed medication, I've gone from one doctor's visit to the next; only to find no improvement in my testosterone. Seeing no improvement and receiving yet another prescription printout, I decided enough was enough. I needed to advocate for myself. I challenged my endocrinologist, who suggested that I go to a neuropsychiatrist. I found Dr. Warner. In our first meeting, he ran his assessment and diagnosed me with persistent depressive… disorder. What sets Dr. Warner apart from other doctors, is he listened to my medical history recitation. Rather than just shoving pills, he demanded I get my testosterone issues resolved. After leaving my endocrinologist, my new doctor ran tests, considered my history, and switched my testosterone medication. Today, I'm happy to report an excellent testosterone level and no more persistent depressive disorder. Also, having an age-appropriate testosterone level has addressed several other issues I had grown to see as my normalcy. Dr. Warner could have simply prescribed me pills based on a symptoms-based score. But, he decided to treat me and not my symptoms as others had; putting a bandaid on a gaping hole. Patients need to research, ask questions, and advocate for themselves. And we all need more doctors like Dr. Warner.

I wonder sometime if this man is even human. He's on another level but yet he's still really cool and down to earth. Probably the coolest doctor I've ever met..no...I'm pretty sure he's the coolest i have met and besides the serious stuff he's funny and I always look forward to going to see him.We went through a long visit on my first visit. I've seen probably too many psychiatrists to count as far as I can remember..maybe 6 or so years old. He's the first psychiatrist that seemed like a normal person but he was able to fix the mess I was in and did it in just a few visits. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. Dr. Warner is incredible and is like super duper smart and even though it seems like other doctors had given up hope..I felt like I was going to finally going to get straightened out by my second visit with him and now I feel great!! Better than I can ever remember. My bipolar is under control and I feel like I can now keep a job. And come to find out I didn't have… ADD after all..Dr. Warner told me I couldn't think straight was because of my bipolar and now I can think and stay focused just fine and I don't think I ever had ADHD and took all that medication since I was a child going back and forth to different doctors as I remember. I hated all that stuff they had me on and I guess it was because it wasn't the right medication for me.

My first appointment with Dr. Warner was about six months ago and I've seen him about 4 times. I've never ever had a doctor to sit down with me like a real person and just talked to me one on one and man to man like that. He seemed to really want to know what was going on and I left my first visit feeling like there was some hope for me after all. Sure enough after being on all sorts of medication and being apparently misdiagnosed with regular depression and Dr. Warner figured out that I actually have a touch of bipolar and that the treatment was different, I felt better after the first 2 visits a few weeks apart. I feel like a totally different man now and haven't felt this well in I don't know when.

I had TMS treatment at Dr. Warner's office and I can't even explain how much better I feel and how clear my thinking is. It's like a cloud or a fog has been lifted off of me. Dr. Warner was pleasant and put me at ease and explained everything and after years of all sorts of medications I feel great!!

I feel great under his care!
