My son saw dr chakraborty at urgent care for what I thought was an ear infection. It was not and ear infection. But we were able to rule that out. Dr Chakraborty was very informative and professional, and my husband and son were out of urgent care within 15 minutes. We need more doctors like this! Thank you

Please be aware! This provider is not precessional on any level! At the first appointment provider was passive aggressive! We notified his staff that we are stopping a medication due to side effects and asked for a new replacing medication. Nothing was prescribed to replace waited one week to see this provider and he did not know what the other medication was. Was asking us the patient is that medication dosing is comparable to the one we were prescribed previously! Provider does not have bed side manners at all!

My daughter and I were there for physicals about a month ago. Most professional Doctor in the business Always informative and cares. Takes time to explain and will always make sure you understand. Best Doctor in the area by far.

Always rate my dr visits and this one is for my daughter. She was feeling sick and once we made the phone call to Dr Chakraborty, he was able to diagnose after talking to her, provided the right medication and she is feeling amazing! Thank you! Appointment was timely and worked out perfect for us!

Almost never available. When he is available he's inattentive and just throws medication at you to try to fix things instead of listening to your concerns. I asked him for a work accommodation notice to remain home during the pandemic (pretty usual request), and he said unless I had cancer or diabetes I was out of luck. He offered me xanax to ease my worries about contracting the virus instead. I told him xanax wouldn't help me if I got covid, and he dropped me from the practice for that comment. Thin skinned, inattentive and unavailable.

Visited him in urgent care as my toddlers were struggling with flu symptoms. Waited for so long, he didn't spend 5 mins, just said it will improve, it looks viral. Had to take them to their doctor next day, had test and they had flu. Stay away from him.

A doctor with many sanction in prior practice. Mixes up medications and have no understanding of medical conditions. Stay away from him.

One of the worst providers I have seen in my life. In the physicals, he did even put his stethoscope on my body ! When complained chest pain he did not even ask where instead said take Tylenol ! Stay away from him.

Dr. also practices out of Clifton Park. Went to him once. Seemed only interested in getting a quick office visit in despite many health issues. Had to keep reminding him what I told him. Was really scary that he has a license. He has been sanctioned in another state. He refused to fill out a medical form for the state despite numerous attempts on my part. Don't know if he is obligated to do that, but wouldn't even discuss it. Too much bother. First time he claimed it was because I was a new patient. A year later just wouldn't respond to contacts. Several serious diagnosed medical conditions and none of them treated by this guy. Gets paid well to go through the motions. If you have anything wrong with you I hope to God you go somewhere else. Conditions contribute or cause me to wake up about 25 times a night and he said try Tylenol PM, despite me telling him I tried all the over the counter meds. Never recommended a test or study or anything. Everything I have seen on the subject… suggests it should be taken seriously. Also had to explain to him the existence of the condition psoriatic arthritis. I have arthritis and psoriasis and he just shrugged his shoulders when I mentioned it. Other issues just went in one ear and out the other. I only went to this guy once and I wouldn't wish him on anyone. Office messed up the one referral I pushed for and finally I gave up completely. They also couldn't properly change my address. But mistakes like that can happen. The big thing is that the doctor is totally unprofessional and incompetent in my opinion.
