Dr. Rani Anbarasu, MD

Staff lacks customer service skills. I was treated poorly. I didn’t make to see the doctor. I disliked the attitude and lack of care and canceled my appointment and left. I’ll be looking for another doctor where my business will be appreciated.

I have just submitted a form today for the doctor’s signature. It needs to be submitted to my insurance. The staff tells me they don’t know when they can give back me the form. It’s just one paper and a signature from assistant will do too. One thing more, I had terrible experience with the lab service when I got my bloodwork done. You cannot even let the doctor know about this as there is no way to post your review on the website. Some of my friends have stopped going to the doctor because of not so good reception experience. The doctor is good though.

Doctor is good but the office is so irresponsible I am seeing this doctor in Frisco clinic for past two years and every year annual physicals Dr told me that results for my blood test will be back in week and they will call me but its been 2 years no one ever called me about my results doesn't matter whether the test results is negative or positive, it is there responsibilities to let the patient and last Saturday I got an appointment to see the Doctor but I saw physician Assistant, she is good and told me to take xray for my back,because of my pain and she told me they will get the results on Monday and let me know about my results, on Monday me and husband called 10 times no one answered then they called my husband back on Tuesday and told still no doctor to see my results, and we called Wednesday again and same excuses then Thursday again my husband called and they were rude later finally Thursday 5pm they called about my results,really this is how they respond to their patients, I… never wrote a review in my life this us the 1st review I am writing,I am sick and tired

I moved my visits to Saturdays since I always had to wait to get in. On my last visit I waited an hour and a half to get into a room, waited another 15 mins. only to have a trainee come in and spend another 15 mins asking for my history (which they already had in their computer). When the doctor finally came in it was for no longer than 5 minutes. She has no respect for her patient's time and I have since found someone in a larger practice who is on time, professional and genuinly cares for their patients. There are so many other qualified and more professional Internal Medicine doctors in North Dallas so I highly recommend staying away from Dr. Anabarasu.

well, if you are a male do not expect any examine below the waist. for they are not professional medical people , but little girls !!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Anbarasu for several years. Over this time I have seen her office staff change from not so good to very good. Dr. Anbarasu has always taken more than enough time to make sure all my questions have been answered and has always reviewed my med schedule and made changes when necessary. She also keeps me updated on all my inoculations. My in office wait time has also been reduced. Thank you...

This doc put a full page ad in the 380 Guide welcoming new patients. What the ad didn't mention was that I couldn't get an appointment for FOUR months!

I was a patient of this doctor for a decade. Consistently over the last 3 years, her office has become terrible. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago, and called in my diabetic meds for refill. I called the pharmacy and found her office had not refilled them due to no appointment. I called and was told by staff they had sent the refill at 9:47AM. I verified again with the pharmacy and found they lied to me. In Summary if you like a doc a with atrocious wait times, doesn't listen, and is comfortable with misinformation this is the one for you.

Dr. Rani Anbarasu has treated me for several years, and I have always been very happy with her ability and attention to detail. She is familiar with me and my medications and treatment. When hospitalized, she was very attentive, and worked with the cardiologist and surgeon. I have and would recommend her practice to family members and friends.

She did not considered talking to my neurologist about any kind of meds that she put me on. My neurologist had to do that.
