The worst experience I ever had dealing with a medical professional. Taking no action to remedy an unbearable situation between one of his staff members and a long term patient. Myself, the patient in this situation, was treated with outright disrespect and belittled by a staff member over what should have been a simple phone call. When trying to resolve the issue with Dr Matthew, after I requested a phone call back to discuss the disappointing approach by the staff member to treat myself correctly, I was involved in a uncalled for lecture from Dr Matthew in which he made very apparent insults to myself and my workplace. These comments were extremely unprofessional and derogatory and had no place in our discussion to resolve a “so called” complaint against myself, the patient, who should have been the only individual complaining and expressing the very poor and distasteful treatment that was received. There was even a more disgraceful comment from Dr Matthew. He said to me, ”If you… have a problem with my staff you have a problem with me.” This can come off multiple ways but hearing this in amazement was for certain the “last straw” to discontinue my relationship with Dr Matthew and his staff ever again.

Dr. Mathew has changed my life for the better. He listens and has guided me through levels of healing I didn't think possible for me. He has responded to questions in a timely manner. I wish every doctor could be as excited about what works verses what will simply treat a symptom.

Dr. Mathew and the Trinity Wellness Center staff go above and beyond to identify what works for the individual patient. I especially appreciate their approach to addressing the whole individual - their holistic mind-body perspective - and their openness to integrating appropriate complementary and alternative health care, rather than the typical symptom / prescription approach.

Looking for arrogance and incompetence? This is your guy. I only hope that someday he has to be treated by a doctor with the same standards. You would be safer going to your local hospital or urgent care, which my daughter did. But, under orders from the treating Urgent Care physician, she made a follow up appointment with this doctor. He did not review anything in her medical history or meds, and, infact, never even saw her at all. Obviously failed to see that the 3 prescriptions his PA wrote all carried the same warning for increased risk of suicidal thoughts and suicide. Run, don’t walk away from this man. Just my opinion, of course.

Dr Mathew changed my life! I’ve been to so many doctors before and never had a stable life. Since I meet him I changed!! He does prescribe meds but he motivate us to life a healthy life eat well exercise! He’s very intelligent and he knows what he’s doing. Makes me sad read bad reviews about him it’s just not fair!! Dr. Mathews is very knowledgable and wants his patients to live a healthy lifestyle that is most natural and beneficial for them. He recommends and provides data to help them, but is also willing to prescribe medications as needed. He gets right to the point, yet has an open mind and will listen to your thoughts. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathews.

Dr. Matthew has so many developmental issues of his own he should not be a psychiatrist. He seems to treat patients based on whether he likes them or doesn't like them - not based on their diagnosis or medical needs. He is unprofessional - listening to his music and playing with his phone during sessions.

I can not say enough about Dr. Mathew and his staff. He has been such an important part of my life and his staff feels just like family. Dr. Mathew transcends that tricky boundary between the professional and personal perfectly. I have full confidence that he actually cares and the utmost confidence in his professional competence. His staff and the other therapists under his care are wonderful people. I feel genuine warmth and unconditional acceptance from each and every one of them. I have no hesitations ,whatsoever, recommending Dr. Mathew and his staff/therapists to my closest friends and family. He has walked me through some exceptionally tough times with grace and impeccable professional etiquette.

Dr. Mathew walked along side of our family during a medical psychiatric crisis with our teenage son. He shared his vision of hope, faith, expertise and compassion throughout his journey to healing. Dr. Mathew takes the time to receive all questions and concerns and can discern unspoken issues and take all aspects into account and come up with a plan that helps the patient and the family to take the next right steps. I have never felt rushed or belittled for time and questions. I am very grateful to Dr. Mathew for his continued care and expertise. He was recommended by many medical physicians, clinical psychologists and also was highly endorsed by patients and families who have been or are currently under his care.
