Dr. Ranu Grewal-Bahl, MD

Dr. Bahl"s staff was wonderful. The radiation technicians were all pleasant and technically proficient, as well as, the front office staff. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Dr. Bahl herself. I was treated horribly by her. I was made to feel that I was a bother to her during my appointments. Her annoyance was quite obvious. During one check-up with her she actually rolled her eyes at me,stormed out of the exam room muttering under her breath what a pain I was. This was the response for my simply asking for a prescription that was offered. I was a breast cancer patient who, like most patients undergoing radiation, had severe burns on my chest and I simply inquired about what kind of relief I might be able to get: prescription, ointment, whatever they recommended. During another examination, she offered to assist with my bra and when she couldn't easily hook it, she became frustrated and hostile and snapped it on my back and threw up her hands in disgust. She was always… visibly annoyed with me. I did nothing to deserve such treatment from her! No patient should ever be treated like that! When I scheduled an appointment with one of the other doctors there (to try to avoid the unpleasantness of her attitude) - not an unusual request if a doctor were unavailable - she nosed her way in to the appointment instead. Her behavior was inexcusable, inappropriate and certainly unprofessional! What a horrible thing to have to endure while already going through such a difficult situation! I was certainly not treated with respect and dignity by her! What a shame.

I feel WELL taken care of and FINALLY in good hands... SAFE
