Although Dr. Concepcion is knowledgable in his field, his manner in. carrying out his work is inconsiderate, rushed, and he really shows he does not care how I'm doing except that he's getting his work done. I've been with Dr. Concepcion for a year now and every time at im his office I have to wait at least an hour and a half to see him just to have him speak to me for less than five mins. It's disrespectful and it really hurt my feelings that he is so quick to get out of our appointment after waiting for so long. I've had two surgeries done by Dr Concepcion and his bedside manner is terrible. The guy came in and talked to me for one minute if that and left as quickly as he can. If I've known this is how he is, I would have not had chosen him as my urologist.

Dr. Concepcion has been excellent so far. I have high risk prostate cancer that is hormone refractory. He took his time and explained all of the options that were available. He recommended a path forward and has been very aggressive in treating this cancer. He is very no-nonsense in his approach and I like his candor. At the same time he is compassionate and gives a patient hope. He is top-notch in my book.

Dr. Conception is a very knowledgable and compassionate urologist. I've been seeing him for over 3 years for bladder cancer and am very pleased with his guidance and treatment plans. Very straight-forward and concerned about how I am doing.

I found Dr. Concepion to be a very caring and compassionate doctor with an excellent bedside manner. I was in a great deal of pain and was very worried about a severe infection I was experiencing. He and his staff were wonderful in allying my fears and treating my problem.

VERY arrogant and condescending. Did not explain what procedures would involve, what to expect, failed to give me vital follow up information, seemed rushed, was abrupt in answering questions, and dismissive of complaints of pain after surgery.
