Excellent experience...extremely professional and fabulous staff...very clean, very punctual..knew what the problem was immediately. Took some business cards to give to my friends..highly recommend and got an appointment very quickly!

I went to see Dr Lilker because I was experience pain in my heel and choose him based on his five star reviews on both zoc doc and yelp. I was very nervous because I haven’t had good experience with New York City doctors and never had been to a podiatrist before . Dr Lilker took any of those worries and concerns away. I was seen immediately and he explained everything in layman’s terms with a calm and funny bedside manner . Dr Lilker took his time with me and allowed me to answer any questions or concerns I might have . My heel started to feel better as soon as I left the office . I highly recommend Dr Raphael Lilker to anyone seeking a phenomenal calm warm and sincere podiatrist in the city .

Last Saturday I received a text message to confirm my appointment for today with Dr Raphael Lilker at 1:15PM. I arrive at their midtown office on time and wait for my turn. After a few minutes, one of the receptionists tells me the doctor could not see me then because he had to attend a conference, and asked me to come back later. Now, I don't usually post these kinds of reviews, but the doctor's behavior was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Part of the reason for today's visit was to get my results for an analysis I had ordered and paid for. Not only did I not get the results I was promised, but when I asked the secretary there to get them for me, she told me the doctor would call be back as it seems she has no access whatsoever to these. I'm still waiting for the callback.
