This woman shouldn’t have a license after what she did!! TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - A Tucson OBGYN, Dr. Raquel Mercado-Sepulveda, has been sentenced after being found guilty of performing illegal surgeries on dogs. Despite facing multiple felony charges, she won't serve any prison time. Absolutely disgusting human being! If she does this to animals, do you think she cares about you?!?!

Dr. Mercado has been my ob/gyn for years. Delivered 2 of my kids and is now my daughters gyno too. Best bedside manner I've ever come across. She genuinely cares about her patients.

I have been with Dr. Mercado for 7 years now and I can say she is an amazing provider. She is great at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable at every visit to talk to her and she never rushes you.
