My mother had to switch PCP due to her insurance changing. Not only was she very upset but also very nervous. On her first visit Dr. Torres won my mom over! She has excellent bedside manner, is very sweet yet professional. She really goes over and beyond to make sure her patients feel at ease and that they are well informed. Her fluent Spanish is a big plus! Thank you for being so amazing!

The day after I got released from CyFair Medical Center (which was a horrible experiencd) Dr. Torres was able to fit me in that day. She was not hurried, there was not long of a wait, and she listened closely to everything I had to say. I was diagnosed with a bulging fisc in my c-spine while I was in the hospital and she was very caring and sympathetic. She found a Neurologist that would take my insurance that day, and I have an appointment with him next week. Dr. Torres has a wondeeful bedside manner... I definitely found my new Primary Physician!!

Dr. Raquel Torres’s is one of the Best physicians in the north Houston area. She meets all patient needs and listens. She is not one to run into a room for 2 minutes and out the next. She actually sits in the room and makes sure she covers all your needs. If you have any questions or concerns after you leave, you can always call back and will speak with her. Most offices you have to wait 24 hours before you even hear back from anyone. Not this office. I have highly recommend Her office to those in need of honest patient care.

I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Torres!! She’s very patient and listen to everything I had to say. Thanks to Dr. Torres’s I can breathe again!
