Dr. Volney is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. She is very personable and helpful. She is quick to get you in for appointments and spends the time to get to know you. She is dedicated to her patients and making sure that they are okay. I will not change doctors as long as she is in this practice!

I have been under the care of Dr. Volney for 2 years and have finally found a Dr who takes the time to provide a personal experience. I truly feel like I am cared for as an individual. I would highly recommend Dr. Volney as a primary care provider.

Worst primary care doctor. Staff turnover is evidence of her difficult personality. Ended up in Mass General ER because she couldn't effectively communicate. Fax is broken? according to staff. Just bad care.
