Dr. Rascheda Denise Long, DDS

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Long. She failed to disclose that two of my teeth were not captured during my initial X-rays, despite my strong gag reflex. Unfortunately, one of those missed teeth had a cavity, which she overlooked and assured me everything was fine. At my next appointment, the issue was still not addressed. By the third visit, I was informed I now required a root canal and crown. Dr. Long attempted to shift the blame to her supervising doctor—whom I never met. She had to check the charts just to confirm she had seen me before. During that appointment, she never examined my mouth and quickly left the room to avoid answering questions about my treatment. In my experience, Dr. Long demonstrates a concerning lack of accountability.

Dr. Long's practice is very warm and inviting. My family consistently sees a dentist every 6 months. Dr. Long provided an extremely thorough exam, which I had never experienced before. The technology in her office allows you to view what she's seeing. This was instrumental in making decisions and devising plans that met my schedule. Simply awesome!
