Dr. Rashad Ramkissoon, MD

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Ramkissoon and feel compelled to share it for others considering their care. Appointments consistently feel rushed, as if there’s little time or interest in fully understanding patient concerns. It’s difficult to have a meaningful discussion because the interaction feels hurried from the start. Communication outside of appointments is also a major issue. Reaching the office or getting a timely response is challenging, which adds unnecessary stress when you’re trying to manage your health. Most concerning, just last week there was a serious lapse in follow-through. I had diagnostic imaging done, and there was no proactive follow-up on the results. I had to chase down information myself and understand the report using tools like ChatGPT, which is unacceptable when it comes to something as important as medical care. Overall, the lack of attentiveness, poor communication, and failure to follow up have significantly impacted my confidence… in this provider. I would not recommend him based on my experience.
