I could not have been more pleased with my visit. I am extremely dental phobic and he and his assistant worked very hard to calm my nerves and keep me calm during the procedure. As always Lakeside staff was excellent.

My experience with Dr. Prada is more about his office manager, Drew, than with him. I had a horrible experience. They wouldn't give me an estimate for the work, wouldn't return my phone calls (5 in all, being irate on the last message I left) and when I finally got an estimate, it turns out it was WAY off. I was told my portion would be $800 and it ended up being $1200 (no additional work...just poor estimate). He fixed a receeding gum on ONE tooth and my portion of it (after insurance) was $1200! Never again. Too pricey, inaccurate and horrible customer service. Wish I got paid over $1500 for 30 minutes of work.
