There is a reason why she is immediately available - she is absolutely terrible. Upon entering the video chat, she did not introduce herself. She was meeting with my 10 year old and the first thing she said is "this meeting is for (child's name). Who is sitting next to you?" My child didn't respond - probably because Dr. Sultan didn't even direct her question at my daughter - she wasn't looking at the screen and she didn't say her name prior to asking the question. My daughter immediately started slumping down in her chair." I said, "Hi, I'm (name's) mom, (my name)." Anyway... she never introduced herself. She never looked at us. She was just reading her disclosures (for my daughter to agree, mind you - while she was not even in front of the camera because at this point she had crawled under the table. When I asked Dr. Sultan if we could start over and introduce ourselves because my daughter was under the table and not listening, she said NO, and went on reading. Appalling. So… unprofessional. Then she charged me a late cancellation fee because I ended the session because she wouldn't even look at or talk to us. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Completely unprofessional and just plain rude. A terrible representation of this wonderful company. This woman should not be working with children AT ALL, let alone children who already have mental health issues. My daughter was visibly uncomfortable with this women - as evidenced by her crawling under the table (which is NOT normal behavior for her! She has had teletherapy before - it was just this Doc was so rude!)
