Dr. Rashid Masood Khan, MD

I have been a patient with Dr. Khan for many years. He's a very nice man, and good doctor overall. However, since he left Mercy Health and moved his office, everything has gone downhill. Most of the older staff are nice, but some of the newer folks not so much. Appointments are never on time, sometimes it takes over two hours for a sick visit. My last physical was not nearly as detailed as it has been in years past, and I waited nearly 1.5 hours past my appointment time to simply be seen. I felt like they were simply running through the motions once I was seen. Refills are rarely called in, requiring multiple calls to the office. They always want to see you again for an office visit, when all they really need is updated blood work. I gave them a year to improve things, and it has not. I wish Dr. Khan well, but it's time for me to find a new primary care physician. I hope things improve for his sake. He is a nice guy.

The time you have to wait for this doctor is ridiculous. The assistants are nice but overall not unless you can sit at the doctor for hours upon hours I would not recommend.

upon taking my mother for her first visit. the nurse we saw was very nice and had a lot of patience with us updating the medical history. when it came to our health concerns and the reason we were there she still continued with us. we never did meet our new doctor. the medicine we asked for a refill on was never called in. a very disappointing first visit

it was a pleasent experiance when i went to see this doctor,courteous staff,a very pleasent waiting area and above all a very caring and pleasent physician who seemed very meticulous.
