Dr. Rashid Nayyar, MD

I have been doing everything I can to contact him for almost a month. As have both my pharmacy's and a lab he has ignored his staff myself and others. I needed paperwork from him to get medication I have been taking for several years now and he has ignored my medical needs. He couldn't even fill out a drug test slip correctly and it took him two weeks to get it to his receptionist.

Nurses are suppose to be informative and help you understand process and procedure. Getting Glenda to explain anything is like pulling teeth-just painful. My husband had a sleep study done on Friday and on Monday I called the office to see when I would get the sleeping device, what company Dr Nayyar's office use, and a phone number to reach that company. Glenda would not give me any information, she said the sleep center need time to prepare the results. Well the sleep center told us on Friday the results would be ready Saturday morning. Glenda said she did not have a company name or a phone number for whoever is going to deliver the sleeping device. She said just wait and when they get the results of the study they will call you. So clearly that company has our information but I can't get theirs. This is very frustrating. Dr Nayyar is an outstanding Doctor. Trying to get a direct answer or any information from his nurse is extremely difficult. This is not the first encounter… I've had with Glenda. If you any questions make sure you get an answer during your visit with Dr Nayyar.
