Dr. Rashmi Acharya, MD

Please stay away from this Doctor's office. They are not professionals. There is no proper communication between the support staff and the doctors. The doctors are not accessible. They run 3 offices in Plainsboro, Edison and North Brunswick. There is no proper response from any of the offices on where the Doctor is available. If you call them they do not give you proper response and just put you on hold. They have a standard answer every time that Doctor is not available or busy. There is an emergency line which is shared between the Doctors and you never get to the Doctor who is looking at your case. The doctors make you feel disgusted when you call them directly and ask to Hunt for your doctor at the three offices. You end up in a Loop. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They will make you get unnecessary tests which are not covered by your insurance. Please stay away.

All drs are very good. Wait te is a little more. Regarding staff i have had no issues in all the 3 offices. They have always been helpful. I have seen patients talk very rudely to the staff .

Horrible experience during my pregnancy.... These people will make us sick.... Dr. Reshmi may be a experienced gyno but not motivating doctor who can give a confident instead the will make us scared

I had 2 miscarriages one after another,no care for patient only concern to do ultrasounds every week and than keep on sending bills for each visit and ultrasounds.Staff is also very rude.Never give u a printout of any report.

She inserted IUD for me improperly in my cervix instead of uterus, I bled irregularly for 2 years after that, changed gynecologists, and my new gyn showed me the improperly placed IUD by Ultrasound. She is just all smiles and good talk but extremely incompetent, and believe me very money minded. Don't go to her if you want to be safe.

Best gynic so i have met. The way she listens to the patients problems really impressive. I never see such a caring person. I strongly recommend her

The doctor is exceptionally great but the front desk staff is very unprofessional and untrained. Also, there is a long wait to get the docs appointment. I would suggest that if you want Dr. Acharya to be there on the day of your delivery with you, make sure that you hammer this in the brains of her office staff from day 1. The only thing that drives me to her is her composed attitude towards any problem and a fair judgement acumen.

She delivered my second baby and she was always there to answer my concerns during pregnancy. The Dr was a motherly figure and she delivering my baby made me feel comfortable during my labor.
