Wonderful. I like her a lot.

Dr. Arora is great. Very personable and caring. She is looking after two of our kids and is also our friend's pediatrician of choice.

Dr. Rashmi is very good doctor. My both kids love going to this clinic. Even when she is out of town, her clinic provides excellent service. couple of time, just over the phone advice from clinic staff help with the treatment... Staff is very nice too. looking at huge shelf of patient files, seems she is very old and experienced in this area, having huge patient count, but still, always easy to get an appointment. My 5 starts ..

I would have given 0 starts even negative if i could for the staff. We had taken flu shot appointment for my 2 yr old daughter. But when we received a bill, we were charged for a sick visit along with flu shot. So I called to verify. This is not about the charges but what Miss Sharon said. First time i called, she said its routine that they charge office visit along with flushot. So i need to check with my insurance. So i called my insurance and they told me that they should have claimed it as preventive measure instead. So I called back. This time miss Sharon started giving me stupid example. I don't know how anyone can give such example to a mother. She said "imagine that your baby had a leukemia". I stopped her there itself. I was so furious I was shaking. I cried after that call. I paid my bill right way. This is not the way to talk to anyone.I don't know how can anyone tolerate such stupidity from a pediatric staff. She should have just told me thats the way it is and i would have… paid that $100.

I just called to try and make a new patient appointment. I have 3 children ranging from 6, 3, and 9mo. My 2 oldest at 4 months old both had severe epilepsy. They were at the time fully immunized. My last dr thought It was a good idea to delay immunizing them and since then have both developed fine and have had no issues with development or health. I have never been judged for this issue or turned away from ANY office for this. I called just a moment ago as we have just moved. The receptionist I talked to said they were taking new patients and also said I assume you are ok with immunizing I said yes BUT my two older children have a history of seizures and so with this 3rd baby we have decided to wait and he has been fine and has been seizure free. She rudely cut me off and said we don't take patients who don't immunize. And tried to hang up. I said so you won't even talk to me about this. She says well ya ill talk to you about it but you won't be seen here. I have never had an issue… with this. She obviously has never had a small child shake and seize in her arms. All I want to do is wait until he is older and then I will immunize. Obviously my children are sensitive to something. How close minded of an office to not be curious even to know our history and story before turning us away. I'm glad I'm not going here as obviously I would not be listened to as a young mother with questions.

Dr. Arora was a blessing right from the start. Our daughter was born five weeks early so we didnt have a pediatrician lined up. She was on call that day at Overlake so we were lucky enough to get her. Our baby had a number of health issues that she made sure to check up on. We appreciated her patience with us as stressed out new parents and all the questions we had. She even made herself available via cell phone which was a pleasant surprise. We were so impressed with her and decided to keep her as our pediatrician. Best decision ever! Over the months, our daughter has had a number of different issues that Dr. Arora keeps on top of. She refers us to specialists when needed and if she doesnt have an answer for us, she hunts it down for us. She will call us with any updates or leave us emails (extremely thorough). Not only is Dr. Arora a rockstar, her staff is also great. The nurses are readily available if I have questions. They never make me feel like I have a stupid question and are… always patient and encouraging. There have been a number of different times Ive called in all worried about my daughter and the nurses have been happy to answer any questions and have even squeezed in emergency visits when needed. The waiting room is never packed with kids and the wait is minimal. The office is actually a well-loved little old house in downtown Kirkland so it doesnt really feel like a doctors office at all. So, if you are a stressed out new parent frantically trying to find the best pediatrician out there and are overwhelmed by the lists of doctors, look no further. I give my highest recommendation for Dr. Arora. She is a wonderful doctor, full of patience and humbleness, knowledge, and humor and it is an honor to be one of her families.

Dr. Arora is a God send! We couldn't have asked for a more caring, attentive and discerning pediatrician for our baby! She has a genuine care for her patients and she is both professional and warm/approachable. The staff is exceptionally kind and I feel completely comfortable and confident in taking my child to Kirkland Pediatrics!
